This almost new 1 bedroom apartment with full air conditioning is just a few minute's walk from Carvoeiro Beach and the 'Square'. Consisting of a decent sized double bedroom with 2 x single beds which can be pushed together, a bath/shower room, lounge, fully fitted kitchenette and an excellent balcony with views to the sea. The property will sleep 4 comfortably as long as 2 children share the double sofa bed. The sofa bed will comfortably sleep an adult. Everything here is at your fingertips i.e. restaurants, bars, shops, banks, pharmacies which are all within 5 mins maximum walk, and you do not need a hire car for your evenings out. If guests do want to hire a car, there is private and secure parking underneath the apartment and access is via remote control (given on arrival). The apartment is positioned just far enough out of the centre to ensure a good night's sleep.

Within 15/20 mins drive are the attractions such as Slide & Splash, Aqualand, and Zoomarine which stage aqua shows, and you can book to swim with the dolphins. If golf is your penchant, there are 3 18-hole championship courses within 20 mins drive, and the 9-hole, par 3 Vale de Milho course is only 5 mins drive.

Sleeping up to 4 persons (cot and highchair available), the lounge is fully air conditioned, has a DVD and TV with satellite channels available. Access to the spacious balcony is through patio doors, where there is a table, four chairs and parasol for guests relaxation. From the balcony there are some views to the sea and it is ideal to relax here and take in the day's sun. A good sized sofa bed is available in the lounge to sleep 2 children or 1 adult if required.

Very central to Carvoeiro, just a minutes walk from the town. Apartement very clean and tidy, parking is secure and apartment feels secure. Tiled throughout so easy to clean. You do get a sea view as well. Warning about parking, very high kerb outside gate so have to approach at exactly the right angle to not bottom out car. Town is very central for getting out to other beaches and towns.

I stayed at this property early September 2008. The whole reservation process was very swift and e-mails were answered rapidly, which was very much appreciated as I did not reserve until late (3 weeks before my trip) and also needed to sort out flights and so on.
This is a very comfortable 1 bedroom apartment, perfect for a couple. The property is modern, very clean and well-maintained to a high standard, and offers a covered car parking space, which is very useful indeed so close to the centre of Carvoeiro.
The flat is located very centrally in Carvoeiro and a large variety of restaurants and bars are easily reachable on foot.
Carvoeiro itself is located in the middle of the Algarve, making it both the eastern and western beaches and tourist attractions of the Algarve reachable in less than one hour by car.
I would definitely recommend this property! Although this property is close to the beach, I would suggest having a car, as there is such a variety of beaches to be discovered all along the coast of the Algarve.

My husband daughter and I have just returned from this apartment, where we spent a fabulous 2 weeks.
The apartment was spotless and Shyrley came in to change bedding and towels and clean the apartment after the first week. The balcony is really large and great for eating out in the evening, as it is really cool. We had a little trouble with the keys to get in, but that was quickly sorted, again by Shyrley.
The only down side to the property is that it is up a fairly steep hill or you can go down to the beach and town via steps (90 in all) and as they say "it's OK going down", but in the heat of the day it's really hard work going back up, so we felt it very unsuitable for peope with disabilities, or the elderly.
There is an excellent restaurant just about 100 yards down the road called Ma Ja's. It is run by and English couple who are very courteous and serve delicious english food if you get tired of fish !!
The apartment is quiet at night which we felt was a bonus, although there was a music festival with singing every night in the square, it finished at the latest 11.45 p.m.
So we will recommend this apartment to friends, and hope if you decide to holiday there, you have as good a time as we did.
