Spacious apartment in quiet complex with pool, 10 minutes from beach.

Lovely apartment in a popular town with beautiful golden sandy beaches. Many restaurants, bars and good shopping nearby. It is not necessary to hire a car but it is reasonably cheap to do so. Lanzarote is an interesting island being totally volcanic. There are many varied sightseeing places including the famous Fire Mountains. The complex is all owned by English people and it must be noted that there is no lifeguard by the pool and no reception area. It is quiet with only 24 apartments set away from the road. The gardens and pool are regularly attended and very well kept. There is plenty of sunbathing space and we have 4 loungers for that purpose. Lanzarote has a very mild climate and is an all year round holiday destination.

There is a golf course a few hundred metres from the apartment. You can pay and play. It is new and only opened this year. There is also another course about half an hours drive away.

Scuba Diving

Scuba diving is available to beginners and experienced divers a few minutes walk from the apartment.

Sports Club

A new sports facility with raquet sports, a gym, pool, restaurant etc is a few minutes walk.
