Lovely 4 bed-roomed, 2 bath-roomed house in immaculate condition, only 3 years old. It is furnished and equipped to a very high standard, you will feel at home within minutes of your arrival. It is set in a private, well kept, electric gated community. It is ideal for 1 large family or 2 families taking a holiday together. Within a short 15 min. walk you will find an area with numerous bars, restaurants and shops. Its the ideal family holiday location.

The villa is well located for all the attractions of Orlando and the surrounding area (especially Disney World which is only 10 mins. drive away). It is also not far from major highways for driving to either coast (space coast or Gulf). There are loads of restaurants, supermarkets and shops within a short drive and within a 15 min. walk there is also a complex with bars, restaurants and a huge Wal-Mart superstore. Within the community it self there is a central club house with a large pool, hot Jacuzzi spa and sunbathing area. Inside there is a fitness room with running, climbing and cycling machines. Also there is a room with a pool table and darts machine. Opposite there is a children’s play area. You can buy your park entry tickets here to save time waiting at the parks.
