The Villa Madany is a luxury, californian style one and a half story villa located in an exceptional spot with sensational, wide panoramic views stretching from beyond Nice to Cap d’Ail. The villa is furnished in style and features ornate, hand painted, Italian style murals. The large windows in the lounge/dining area and master bedroom open onto the pool terrace and garden adding an outdoor dimension to the indoor space. The spacious open-plan living area includes a seating area with working fireplace, dining area, bar, library room and mezzanine area. There are two 36” LCD televisions and WiFi wireless internet connection and the kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. The garden area consists of an infinity pool, terrace with dining facilities and barbeque. Close to the beautiful villages of Beaulieu Sur Mer and Villefranche Sur Mer with their fabulous ports, beaches and lively restaurants, the villa has one of the most spectacular settings on the Cote d'Azur.

Drive into the hills to the delightful hilltop village of Eze or Vence which are stunning. This area has so much to offer from art, history, luxury and indulgence - whatever your taste. This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful places in the world.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 25% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The balance is payable 60 days before arrival. All amounts will be refunded if a reservation is cancelled at least 8 weeks in advance of arrival date and the property can be re-let for the same period.
  • A security deposit of 1500 Euros per week is required, this will be refunded at the end of you rental agreement. Deductions will be made in the event that any damage to the house and its contents has occurred. A cleaning and laundry charge of 150 Euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
  • The tenant is obliged to be fully insured for personal injury, theft etc (a private liability insurance is satisfactory) The owner refuses all responsibility for recourse that an insurance company may exercise against the owner in the case of an accident.

Notes: Weekly maid service. Maintenance for pool and garden. The laundry facilities are in the basement where there is a washing machine, tumble dryer and separate sink. Sun-beds are provided and there are 2 separate dining areas and a seating area on the terrace. There is also an outdoor barbecue and sink. During the Summer months heating the pool is not normally required but can be requested at an extra charge of 400 Euro per week.

Additional Information: PUBLIC TRANSPORT - Beaulieu and Villefranch Sur Mer have a very good public transport system. The train stations have several trains an hour to Monaco and Italy or to Nice, Cannes or Antibes. There are several taxi companies in the area. GOLF - The golf clubs of Monaco, Opio, Mougins and Cannes all welcome visitors and are only a short drive away. SKI - The ski resorts of Isola 2000 and Auron are only approximately 1 1/2 hours drive away or public transport is available. BEACHES - The beaches of Beaulieu Sur Mer and Villefranche are a 5 minute drive away, several places offer watersports such as water-sking, wake boarding, pedalos etc. Sun-bed rentals and a full restaurant service are available at many of the beaches such as 'Plage Passable' on the west facing side of the peninsula. There are many brokers locally who offer boats (sailing or motor) for rent.
