Notes to the rental rates

• Bed linen & towels are included but not pool and beach towels. If you require a linen change during your stay, let us know beforehand and this can be arranged at £8.00 per person per change.
  All rentals include gas, water & electricity for electrical appliances supplied by the proprietor (ie not portable air conditioning units/storage heaters)
  Cot & high chair are available at £25 per stay.
  No final clean charge.
  A non-refundable deposit of 25% secures your booking, with the final balance together with a refundable security/damage deposit of £200, payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Full payment & security deposit is required at time of booking if rental date is within 8 weeks.
  Payment options are by bank transfer or cheque. Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.

Activities

The villa is at the base of the Sierra Bernia mountains, ideally suited for persons who enjoy walking, climbing and cycling, There are many opportunities for both the lazy and the adventurous walker, you can take the track from the villa up to the mountain village of Pinos and enjoy a meal at one of the restaurants and the panoramic view of the coast. Also you can walk to the top of the Penon de Ifach in Calpe. Worth taking a drive to are the vineyards and bodegas of the Jalon Valley where you will get some fantastic wine bargains. There are many surrounding towns within an hours drive, all well worth a visit - Moraira, Altea, Javea, Denia and Benissa are a must - as is the beautifully preserved medieval village of Guadalest up in the mountains. Also visit the waterfalls of Bolullla, caves at Benidoleig and Canalobre. Les Basetes just outside Calpe provide water sports facilities - especially scuba diving, fishing, sailing, water skiing and wind surfing.

Entertainment

For the younger generation there are the theme parks in Benidorm - the Disney style Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar Exotic Animal and Marine park. There are Safari Parks at Aitana and Vergel. For superb international shows with dinner the renowned Benidorm Palance and the Casino Mediterraneo at Villajoyosa are not to be missed.

Places to Eat

Within five minutes from the villa is the highly regarded Casa del Maco restaurant which has an international menu. Both Calpe and Benissa have a wealth of restaurants to satisfy tastes of all nationalities, the local sea-food at Calpe’s fishing port is extremely popular. Other nearby villages of Jalon and Pinos have many restaurants specializing in spanish and international dishes.

Golf Information:

There are many excellent courses within an hours drive from the villa. Nearby are the 9 hole courses of Benissa Ifach, Alfas del Pi Alenda, Altea Don Cayo and Javea. Further afield is the 18 hole championship course at Real de Faula Benidorm designed by Nicklaus, the Ballesteros designed course at Oliva Nova and the Olazabal designed course at La Sella.
