This spacious two storey terraced villa has been furnished to a high standard with a private swimming pool and sun terrace. The villa is on the edge of the prestigious Limnaria Gardens complex which also has communal landscaped gardens and a large walk-in swimming pool and jacuzzi. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has Sky TV. It is a short walk to the beach, bars and restaurant area.

The villa sleeps up to 6 people. The villa is situated on the edge of the Limnaria Gardens complex and has its own swimming pool. Guests also have access to the large walk-in communal swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The villa comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 6 and a dining seating for 6. This area leads onto a part-covered patio area that is furnished with a table and chairs and four sun loungers. The fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, grill, toaster and kettle. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and a twin) on the ground floor. The master bedroom has patio door onto the pool terrace. There is a mezzanine floor with a double bed. There are two full bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. There is off-road parking.
