The only condominium resort 1 mile from the island's main town, Kaunakakai. Features include a delightful swimming pool surrounded by expansive manicured lawn, a putting green, shuffleboard, laundry facilities, barber/beauty shop, florist and barbecue area.

Across the Pailolo Channel sits the island of Lanai and from December to April, visiting Humpback Whales are often sighted. Shopping in Kaunakakai for groceries, souvenirs and other island treats is just a short walk (1.5 miles) away . Great location to launch a kayak and explore Molokai's barrier reef.

Each condo has a full kitchen, bathroom, a covered lanai, and ocean views. Coin operated laundry room on premises.
