Sunny, waterfront apartment in Alghero with a fantastic bay view on the northwest coast of Sardinia called the Coral Riviera. The apartment (approx. 100sq.m), located on the second floor of an elevator building, comprises two bedrooms (one with a sea-view balcony), full kitchen, a double living/dining room area facing the sea with two balconies, two bathrooms (a larger one with a bathtub and a smaller one with shower). It is fully air conditioned and has heating available whenever needed. The apartment is ideally located as it faces the bay of Alghero and has a wonderful view of the old city with its Spanish bastions and church bell towers, the port with its fishing boats and pleasure crafts, and the magnificent coastline and beaches extending along the bay. You can cross the street and walk along the beaches stretching the length of the coastline toward the Lido. Alternately, stroll along the promenade in front of the port toward the city center, with its many shops and cafes.

Notes to the rental rates

• Credit cards are accepted through Pay Pal (Visa, Mastercard).
  There is a final cleaning fee of €75, payable at the time of booking. A deposit of 25% is necessary to book the property. Full payment must be made 60 days prior to the beginning of the rental. For full information on rental policy, including security deposit, modification of rental dates, or cancellation, please contact the owner.
  Rates are based on dual occupancy. For each additional person, please add €10/nt. Children under 6 are free.
  There is an additional charge of €35. for late/early check in/out and for arrivals/departures on Sundays or national holidays.
  
• Cleaning is provided once a week (3hours - kitchen, floors, bathrooms). Additional maid service may be available upon prior request at an additional charge.

Food shopping, other

The apartment is close to major supermarket chains such as the SISA Coop, or Standa. There are many smaller stores for food shopping and crafts in the area (butcher shop, fruit and vegetable store, bakery, hardware, etc.). The central open air market is also not far away. In addition, for those who enjoy fresh fish, you can cross the street to meet the fishing boats in the port area when they return with their catch and buy directly from the fishermen. Moreover, there is a fisherman's cooperative in the port that sells fresh fish.
