Photos and Description of this Playa de las Americas holiday apartment PEACEFUL LOCATION 5 MIN BEACH GROUND FLOOR APT

Apartment with twin bedrooms (4 beds), 1 bathroom, lounge, kitchen, all very clean, tidy and well laid out. Bright semi-detached spacious apartment, fully refurbished April 2007. British TV channels DVD player, free safe, great for 2 couples or family. Ocean Park is a quiet gated private complex. Yet shops restaurants and entertainment is minutes away, very important it is on a level road no hills to climb. Just across the road is the aqua park ideal for the children. Taxi from airport cost about 20 Euros. No waiting. Just outside gate of complex is soul city / bar English owned, , clean and friendly, best pint of Guinness on the island for under 3 euros. If you are a jazz fan go to Joes across the road from Palm Beach complex next door to drop-in pub very select. we do not have any silly rules. but the community have. no ball games around the pool, and no glasses or cups by the pool. then there is security guard on duty at night.

Situated in Las Americas, with beautiful beaches, marina, across the road to Aqua Park, within easy access to the famous Mount Teidi (trips daily) or a beautiful drive. Coach and boat trip only a short distance away and the main bus station 5 min. Local market twice weekly. Golf coarse only 1 kilometre. Night life is excelellant. Plenty of restaurants to suit everybody’s taste. puerta colon marina a short walk away. Car not necessary as we are in central location. (No hills) the apartment has been refurbished April 2007. This is a private gated complex, with full security.

Apartment was in great location - was out of the way yet within walking distance to resturants and nightlife is only a 5 min taxi ride away. very quiet and clean pool easy to get sunbeds. everyone is very friendly - so are the cockroaches :p who are not nice at all! would def go again as it was a nice apartment to have as a base.

Beautiful clean spacious apartment overlooking a lovely pool. Quiet safe location within walking distance of the beach.Lots of nice restaurants ideal for families. I spent a week at the apartment with my 2 children aged 13 and 10 and it was perfect. Will definately be going back !!

good location quiet family complex great swimming pool just yards infront of your double veranda which has a large canopy. Apartment is good size and kept clean and tidy,
very close to all amenities 200 yards to waterpark and 10 minutes walk to stunning harbour and beaches in the up and coming costa adeje area with superb range of restaurants and bars.
My wife,myself and son have stayed here in 2007 and the following year we also stayed there with friends who also enjoyed the apartment
hope to book for a 3rd year 2009

whole apartment very clean, spacious and furnished pleasantly.2 large bedrooms, 4 beds all comfy.fans in rooms. balcony area gets Sun 90% of the day. great place to relax with family as it is private, has excellent security and large pool on the doorstep! shops, bars, clubs, takeaways, waterpark, supermarket ALL 2mins walk. Beach about 5mins away.

Bar in complex has excellent food at low cost and a really lovely couple that own the place. friendly community feel to the complex.

Lads/Girls drinking holidays etc- be prepared for 20min walk to the Veronicas Strip. or a 2min walk to a taxi rank and 4 Euro taxi trip !!! excellent!! haha. or if you fancy the walk, there is plenty bars and food houses to stop in at on the way there!

Dont know what else to say other than this apartment suits both family and Lads/Girls holidays very well. definately recommended.
