Lovely Five bedroom Family Villa with Private Pool.
This villa is perfect for a family summer holiday rental. It has four double bedrooms, two with double beds & two with single beds & one additional single bedroom that is reached through one of the double bedrooms, perfect for a small child to sleep close to parents or a teenage suite! There is a dining area with a marble table & a living room with marble coffee table, leather sofas & TV with Sky channels & DVD player. This leads to the well equipped bright kitchen. On this side of the villa there is a lovely patio with ornamental well, dining table & chairs & access to an extra store cupboard with 2 fridges (perfect for stocking up at the beginning of the holiday), a washing machine & dryer. In the front of the house there is a lawn with a small circular table & benches which is the perfect spot to enjoy late evening drinks with a view to the mountains. From here there are steps leading down to the good size pool with sun beds. It is a five minute drive down to the coast. LC.6007

This villa is in the hills above the well known 'Myramar' shopping centre on the edge of Fuengirola. It is a approximately five minutes drive from the villa down to the coast and all the facilities of Fuengirola. There are several family attractions within a 15 minute drive including the Aqua Park on Mijas Costa and the Fuengirola zoo. It is also worth visiting Marbella and Puerto Banus for shopping and people watching.
