Beautiful Villa, Large Pool with Views on charming Arezzo hills.

This charming villa in Tuscany, recently restored with great care of details and nice furnishings, rises from the heart of the Tuscany, a few km from the centre of Arezzo. Situated between the provinces of Arezzo and Florence, the villa is located in an extensive grounds surrounded by vineyards, adjacent to the villa is a thick, shaded pine forest with walks leading to the banks of the Arno River. The pool, private and exclusive for villa guests, is set to the front of the property in wide lawns with sunny terrace with hidden speakers to play your choice of relaxing music. There is a spacious outside space with an outside table, which comfortably sits 14 for dining. The view looks onto an antique gazebo, the swimming pool and the valley below. The swimming pool (14 m. x 7 m.) has Roman steps, a gazebo and dining table. The rooms are very tastefully decorated with beautiful antique furnishings, upholstery, and tapestry recreating a unique atmosphere. Restaurant is walking distance.

Arezzo is a charming medieval town just in the hearth of Tuscany. The villa is close to a smallest village and walking distance to a restaurant. Acess to the various localities in the area is excellent. From here you may easly visit with daily excursions the most famous Tuscan cities of art, from Arezzo, Florence and Siena as well as Pisa or Lucca or Umbria cities such as Perugia , Assisi, Gubbio and Rome . Motorways is easly reachable in a few minutes driving.
