The villa lies in the hearth of Tuscany a few km from Cortona Montepulciano and Chiusi , a very important station that connect in one hour to both rome and Florence, and Pienza or Montepulciano . The villa is hidden in a beautiful landscape of rolling hills and vineyeards. Orvieto is also easly reachable in 20 minutes driving. From here the possibility to visit all major Tuscan cities such as Siena, Arezzo, about 1,30 minutes driving. Florence is about 1,30 driving.Continue to meander north and you will arrive in Cortona, a gorgeous hilltop town that never fails to amaze. Interesting shops and restaurants line its narrow cobbled streets which lead to a pretty piazza. In the opposite direction is Montepulciano, famous for its red wine whilst to the east lies Lake Trasimeno in Umbria where you will find a wide range of water sport activities.
