The house is finished to very high standards and tastefully decorated. The spacious accommodation, 170m square metres, also includes air conditioning, heating, marble floors throughout and a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher etc. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom while the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds in each. The house is child friendly with enclosed garden and sun terrace to the side and rear. Two of the bedrooms upstairs open onto a sun terrace with tables and chairs. This perfect location combines the tranquillity of a residential area with the excitement of international nightlife in the glamorous resort of Puerto Banus. The elegant resort is within walking distance (20 minutes) to the shops, supermarkets and restaurants in Puerto Banus. The resort also has its own restaurant and clubhouse and is situated in the heart of golf valley with easy access to all the best courses the area has to offer.

Los Naranjos de Marbella is ideally located in the heart of the golf valley and is yet only a 3 minute car journey (20 minute walk along well lit road) to the centre of the fashionable resort of Puerto Banus and the beach. The marina at Puerto Banus has some of the largest yachts in the world along with quay side restaurants, lively bars and designer shops. Marbella old town is 3 miles from the house. While a car is not necessary as taxis and buses are available, if you want to discover Andalusia to the full and enjoy some of the Costa del Sol's countless attractions then car hire is available locally or from Malaga airport.

  • We normally ask for a 50% deposit on booking and ask for a secutity deposit of 200 Euro on arrival to cover any damage or breakages. The security deposit is fully returnable when leaving assuming there are no breakages or damage.
    The remaining 50% of the rental to be paid 4 week prior to holiday.

Notes: The house will be cleaned for your arrival and bed linen will be changed on the middle Saturday for 2 week holidays. All bed linen and towels are supplied but please bring your own beach towels. The lounge has a flat screen TV with Sky tuner and DVD player. You can bring your own Sky viewing card if you want to view premium channels. There is a child proof garden and sun terrace to the rear of the house as well as a sun terrace on the roof area at the front of the house.

Golf: The house is in the heart of the Costa del Sol golf valley with courses such as Aloha and Los Naranjos literaly on the doorstep. All of the other magnificent courses in this area are between a 10 minute and 30 minute drive from the house. Aloha Golf Course, home of Andalucian Open is only half a mile away

This property is as good as it looks, quite simply the best property we have rented in over 10 years of renting holiday homes on the Costa del Sol. Very clean, well managed, and in 1st class condition. One thing that struck us was that all the cutlery/crockerybedding/towels were in complete matching sets. Just got so used to bits and pieces in other places where things had got damaged and then replaced but then not matching the rest. It gave the impression that the house was well looked after and managed, as they say, its the little things that make the difference. Excellent communication from Ian (owner) and even a follow up email on our return to uk to check everything was ok. We had a fantastic time and cannot recommend highly enough.
