Uninterrupted panoramic views stretching from Cap Ferrat to the Cap d’Antibes. Here are all the features expected of the most luxurious properties – stone floors, wooden beams, wood burning stoves, luxury bathrooms, shady terraces with built-in barbecues, large overflow pool (11m x 5.5m), boules court, free WiFi internet access, flat screen televisions with Sky TV. A charming. 2 bedroom apartment with all the facilities a discerning family might expect from a top class rental. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom two singles which can be joined to make a large double The large shower room has twins sinks and there is a separate WC. The living area has a flat screen LCD television with Sky TV and dining table seating six. Outside, private terraces overlook the landscaped gardens and luxury overflow pool with sweeping views of the Cote d'Azur. The covered terrace is very atmospheric with large wall candles and mosaic dining table with six chairs. The exposed terrace/garden has attractive drystone walling with built-in barbecue, stone fountain and table in the shade of a beautiful old olive tree. The gardens are stocked with fruit trees (orange, clementine, kumquat, lemon, grapefruits, fig, apple and plum. The apartment comes with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and WiFi internet access
