Alhaurin el Grande holiday villa: Alhaurin Golf

This is a beautiful property in a stunning and relaxing location. Set on the edge of the golf course, with views of the mountains to the left, makes this a particularly peaceful place to visit. The villa itself offers all the facilities you need and is well appointed and beautifully maintained and well equipped. There is a large living/dining room leading straight onto the small patio that enjoys all-day sunshine and three spacious bedrooms that again are all well-equipped (although a mirror in the bedrooms would be handy for us ladies!). The owner has also provided useful visitor information for nearby attractions i.e. Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Puerto Banus, Marbella etc.. and of course, Mijas Pueblo which is more my style of holiday..unspoilt Spain. You are a short drive from Mijas Pueblo which in itself is a great place to visit both for its old style Spain and wealth of eateries, including a reasonably priced supermarket and we tended to eat here regularly. The villa itself is near to a mini-supermarket and of couse the Golf Club and Alhaurin Golf Hotel and both offer good food in pleasant surroundings. I would happily recommend this property to friends and family, both as a good base for visiting other places of interest but more importantly as a lovely place to chill out and relax. uld my sister who cam with me.

We had an excellent and very enjoyable holiday. The house was exactly as described and the pool was basically on your doorstep. All other tourist attractions where a short drive away. We hope to return next year.

Out of the blue my girlfiend and our best friends decided for a Sept break before returning to Uni.The weather was great and the best house we have stayed in. We split our days between the beach and the pool which was always clean and quiet, which was also very close to the house.
