Situated in an amazing location behind the Croisette, with the prestigious 5 star Carlton Hotel at the end of the street, the beach, boutiques and restaurants are on your doorstep. The Palais de Festivals is a pleasant stroll away along the sea front - making this apartment ideally located accommodation for the many conferences held in Cannes.. The stylish interior offers well designed & comfortable living space for 2-4 guests. There is a double bed, a comfortable seating area, with a television, dvd player, radio & iPod docking station, and dining area for 4 people. The sofa turns into a double sofa bed to provide extra sleeping at night. French windows lead out onto the balcony, flooding the studio with light. The room also has air-conditioning for the summer and heating for the winter. The modern kitchen is well equipped, & the bathroom is spacious. The apartment is in a desirable area of Cannes - the 'Banane' - just 1 block back from the fashionable Croisette & seconds from the sea and sandy beaches. The famous 5 star Carlton Hotel is at the end of the street. It is a short stroll along the sea front from the Palais where all the conferences are held. Local shops, supermarket, banks, chemist, bakery etc are in the immediate vicinity. The excellent boutiques on the Rue d'Antibes are a stones throw away. Cafes, excellent restaurants, casinos, markets, theatres, private and public beaches, excellent transport links by rail and coach - you are in the center of it all!

  • VERY IMPORTANT: please note that the PRICES for the CONFERENCE & FESTIVAL periods and Christmas & NYE will be different - ie: Film Festival 2,900 euros / LIONS 900 euros / MIPTV 900 euros / MIPIM 2,500 euros
    Please contact me for other conference prices.
  • CLEANING, LINEN & TOWELS: You will be met and greeted by our agent on your arrival. Linen & towels are available at a cost of 14€/£10 per person per week (or per booking if less than 1 week) cleaned and changed weekly or more often by arrangement. (Please bring your own beach towels). For guests that stay more than 1 week there is a mid-stay clean for a fee of 20 Euros.
    DEPARTURE TIMES: We request that guests arrive after 2.30pm and depart by 11.00am. However, we will do our best to be flexible. If you would like to stay in the apartment after 11.00am because you have a later flight home, a late check out can be arranged free of charge - as long as prior notice is given, and there is not a booking immediately after yours.
  • PAYMENT: Payment can be by (preferably) international bank transfer to our account in France, or by £GBP cheque. A refundable breakages deposit of 250 euros is required (upon final payment), which will returned to you at the end of the stay if there is no damage and keys are returned safely. (Minor breakages such as crockery and glasses will not be charged for)

We stayed in this studio apartment for 5 days on a rather last minute honeymoon!! It was lovely! Everything you could need for a stay of any duration. The location couldnt really be better, short walk from the shops, short walk from the beach, short walk from the train station. Perfect. does exactly what it says on the tin!
Cannes itself is lovely (rather expensive we found!!) so having a self catering apartment was ideal for us. The beaches looked beautiful (sadly due to the time of year it did rain on us quite a bit so we didnt get to experience the beach!)
Shopping is fantastic, if you have the money!!! some very exclusive stores!
The apartment is walking distance from almost everything, we didnt hire a car and got around mainly on foot, and being 6 months pregnant even I found the walking ok!!!
We did venture out of town a few times to see other places which we simply did by jumping on the trains, a brilliant easy to use service! One of the places we visited was Monaco, a must for everybody! beautiful views amazing! and of course the famous Gran Prix circuit!
Overall a very restful, stressfree stay in a lovely modern and comfortable apartment. Thank you so much Lisa for everything, you proved to be more than helpful and accomodating.

My stay in this lovely studio apartment was a pleasure, it is perfectly equipped with what you require for your stay, including a fresh coffee maker!!

The apartment is perfectly positioned to enable you to see a little culture and some beautiful boutiques and cars. At the end of the street you have the fabulous Carlton Hotel at the other you have the Martinez Hotel, both well known as home to the stars.

You are in easy walking distance of the famous Palm Beach and the old and quaint village of Le Suquet which boast beautiful cobbled lanes and fine dining.

This really is a wonderful place to visit and would recommend the studio apartment as a great place to stay for functionality and location. Mandy 2008.
