This unique farmhouse of 230 sqm has recently been built in the traditional style by a well-known local artist. The house nestles in the hillside and overlooks Tourrettes-sur-Loup, a village renowned for the cultivation of violets. It is only a 10 mins. walk to the local shops and restaurants. The property boasts magnificent views of the Mediterranean from the Cap D’Antibes to beyond the Bay of Cannes. The house is cosy and functional with a grape-vine covered pergola providing shade to the south facing terrace. There is a wonderful outside dining area - a ‘cuisine d’été’, fully equipped with a wood fired bread/pizza oven, BBQ, and sound system. To the back of the house there is a small pool which is fed by a natural spring and wooded terraces lead down to a stream in the valley.
