I have also put together some details of Torrevieja onto Google maps which I'd like to share the link with you. PLEASE REQUEST GOOGLE MAPS LINK DETAILS. A copy of the map indexed to the various local interest points is available in the house information packs. Also, I've left a number of other street maps and other brochures for guests to use.

Golf information

This area is a paradise for all golfers. Las Ramblas: this is the shortest of courses but without doubt the most challenging, demanding accuracy and thought at each hole. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. The ninth hole, par 4, with tee shot over a lake, is like a picture postcard. Villamartin: 18 hole championship course. Hole number 14, a 425-metre par 5, has been ranked as the most difficult one. Campoamor: the front 9 holes are fairly open. The back 9 holes are an altogether more demanding proposition as they wind through steep-sided hills. Altorreal: situated close to the regional capital Murcia, this course, notable for its strategic use of water, which comes into play particularly on the 9th and 18th holes, offers a new challenge on a course which is playing extremely well.

We were met at the airport and taken to the house for 40 euros. Our shopping was done, essentials such as milk bread and butter etc. No problems with the house, and we had a contact no in case of any problems
Nice clean house, 10 mins walk to the beach. quiet area. need to go into the town centre if you want nite life. Pool area nice and tidy, pool was clean and well maintained. No inflatables etc allowed in pool.
We did not hire a car. Public transport avialable close by but not always running as scheduled.
2 supermarkets within walking distance and there is a few bars and places to eat nearby. Best meal we had was in the swedish restaurant near Bar 222 near the beach.
Went to the gocarts out of town by taxi. a great time was had by all . There is a water Park and a shopping centre out of town which can be reached by bus Taxi or walking. about 4 miles. the weather was great hot and sunny every day.till we arrived home to the rain

Water park - Aquopolis and Habaneras shopping centre are only 3km from house - but the walk on a hot summers day can apear to be longer than it is.
