Kings Gardens Apts offer on site facilities including x2 Swimming Pools (1 Ground available now & 1 Roof Top with Bar, Restaurant & Gym available Aug 09). The property can sleep 4 adults and 1 Child and comprises of a lounge, dining area, spacious kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, one with with 2 single beds the other a king size double both with in-built wardrobes and a large bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and plenty of storage. There is also a large private balcony area with furniture for alfresco dining and private covered parking for 1 vehicle. The lounge area has both a 3 seater and a 2 seater leather settee, large coffee table and 32' Plasma/DVD TV Media System and over 400 satellite channels.   • Changeovers are flexible as are check-in/checkout times as long as agreed in advance.
    A 25% deposit is required upon booking, full balance payment plus a £100 refundable breakages deposit is required 8 weeks prior to departure.
    The Client is advised to arrange a comprehensive insurance (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party's personal belongings, public liability etc., since this is not covered by the Owner's insurance.
    The property is maintained by a local English couple who are always on hand should you have any problems.
    he Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the property and its contents, and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period.
    Note - we do not make an additional charge for use of Air Conditioning.

We have just arrived back from one of the best holidays we have ever had, we can only agree we all other comments this is a beautiful well equipped apartment, we thought the pool maybe a little small but we had this to ourselves,once the rooftop pool and bar is finished it will make it perfect, we ate out most evenings and we could not fault anything, I would recommend Wendy meeting you on arrival as she is full of useful information and very helpful. This was our first visit to Cyprus and we will be going back next year, We must thank Keith for the use of this beautiful apartment, we did try oliveto's keith and it is very different dining experience. :o)

Very clean and modern with great location.

I booked this property for a weeks holiday with my mum, my aunt and my cousin. I am in a wheelchair and was a bit concerned as to wether the property would be suitable but found it excellent with the lift, ramp to the pool area and wide doors throughout as well as a toilet on ground floor level that was also suitable. The apartment itself was excellent and very modern with superb large balcony with seaview. The couple who maintained the property were very helpful, we hired a car from them and they dropped us off at the airport at the end of our stay. I found that Paphos itself was not very suitable for the wheelchair as the pavements are terrible and very few places have disabled toilets which is the only thing that would put us off coming back, however if we did we would certainly be looking to book this apartment again.

Just as other's before us have commented; this is a lovely apartment exactly as described. The holiday was stress free; just what we wanted. Easy walk to many friendly restaurants and the beach. Many thanks to Tony and Wendy who made us very welcome and gave useful advice on where to go and what to see and do. Keith; thank you for the opportunity to spend time in your apartment.

I can only echo the previous review; the apartment was lovely, just as Keith had described - Very modern, tidy and it has all mod cons required, including a washing machine which was very useful. Keith's housekeeper, Wendy, collected us from the airport and gave us some very useful tips (take frozen bottles of water with you) and had also provided us with some useful essentials. The apartment was located so near a bus stop that you really don't need a car. Most bus trips only cost 1.5 euros. The reason that I have only given the apartment 4 stars is due to the lack of other facilities, once the pool, bar, & restaurant are complete. Although I know that this is not Keith fault, I do think that his advert should be amended until they are complete, which by the looks of things last week I believe could be a while longer yet. However I am sure that when the new block is complete it will make a perfect addition to the complex.

I share your frustration regarding the second roof top pool and restaurant in that they have been delayed somewhat by the developer. I have been promised only yesterday that the completion date will now be by the end of July 09 but as I have mentioned earlier this is totally out of my control. I agree with you that when block one is complete it will be a perfect addition to an already beautiful complex.

Half Term Break

Just returned from staying in this lovely apartment which is in a great location on the complex, and is extremely peaceful and relaxing. The road does not cause any problems at all, maybe a little background noise, but certainly nothing to be aware of,and you are not overlooked at all. However, you do need to be aware that the "on site facilities" of Gym, roof top pool, snack bar/coffee shop etc are not yet finished being built and are not available, it is still a shell. Apart from that, we had a lovely stay and you are very well situated to get about if you don't have a car. Bus Stop is right outside which runs regularly to Coral Bay, and just 5 minutes walk to Tomb of the Kings. Would recommend apartment, but disappointed on site facilites not available.

I can only apologise that block one (Gym, Roof Top Pool 2 & The Restaurant) was incomplete during the time you were there and that you felt a little let down, the developer is two months behind completing the interior tiling as the wrong materials were delivered by the supplier.
I know it is not much consolation to you but I have been promised it will be ready in the next couple of weeks; it will be available to new arrivals by the end of June 09.

When you and your family return I will take this into consideration when you make your booking.
