Changeovers are flexible as are check-in/checkout times as long as agreed in advance.
A 25% deposit is required upon booking, full payment required 8 weeks prior to departure.
The Client is advised to arrange a comprehensive insurance (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party's personal belongings, public liability etc., since this is not covered by the Owner's insurance.
The property is maintained by a local English couple who are always on hand should you have any problems.
The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the property and its contents, and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period.
Note - we do not make an additional charge for use of Air Conditioning.

Aphrodite Water Park
With the largest number of facilities and attractions in Cyprus, the biggest family rafting ride in Europe and virtually guranteed sunshine for every one of its opening days, it's no wonder that Paphos Aphrodite Waterpark attracts over 100,000 visitors each year. A cool way to spend a hot day.
Skiing Information:
Skiing in the Troudos Mountains Cyprus is a wonderful island of contrasts. Where else could you ski in the morning and then be sunning yourself by the pool or on the beach in the afternoon? The snows on Mount Olympus are a fabulous way of spending a winter morning in the Ski Cyprus arena.
