Our recently built, brand new, fully furnished, apartment is situated in the sleepy village of Los Montesinos overlooking the salt lakes and la laguna nature reserve. The accommodation comprises of two furnished twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and hangers, fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed and dining table with four chairs. This apartment benefits from a view overlooking the pool from the balcony, which is complete with sunloungers, table and chairs and BBQ. There is a CD and radio, hairdryer, towels and bedding are also provided.

Location: Los Montesinos in Spain

Nearest Airport: Murcia at 30 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: AP7 Junction 751 at 5 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 5.0 Kilometres
From the apartment the village is a 5 min walk, here you come across bars, restaurants and a selection of shops, including butchers, fishmongers, bakers and general supermarkets. A 10 minute drive will take you to a hypermarket complex where you will find, Carrefour giant supermarket, McDonalds, Aldi and Lidl as well a shopping centre with numerous shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a leisure complex complete with a cinema, casino and bowling alley. Torrevieja is the nearest town with awarding winning beach resorts of Guardamar and La Mata on the same stretch of coastline. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars, and a boasts a beautiful seafront promenade and marina.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 20% deposit in advance will be required to secure the booking which is non refundable if cancelled, with the balance to be paid 4 weeks before your booking commences. There will be a key holder to welcome you on arrival at whatever time of day or night( please let us have your flight details). You will be shown around the apartement and a welcome pack will be available. The person will also be available to help with any questions, directions and local information.
    A payment of 50 euros will need to be paid before departure on handing over of the key, for cleaning and linen to be done.
    Short breaks are also available payable in full upon booking.
    Please note this is a non smoking apartment.

Local Activities: Golfing, swimming, surfing, horse riding at El Ranchos, water park Aquapolis. For golf lovers there are 5 golf courses within 15 minutes drive. The famous golf course of La Manga is only 30 minutes drive. Buggies and clubs can be hired from 40 Euros. The apartment can be reached from either Murcia (20 minutes) or Alicante (30 Minutes) airport. We recommend that you hire a car from the airport.( we can also arrange to pick up if you wish and take you back to airport on departure day). There will be a welcome pack on your arrival to the apartment including tea, coffee, sugar and milk and an information pack with all local activities and maps.

Golf: For golf lovers there are 5 golf courses within 15 minutes drive. The famous golf course of La Manga is only 30 minutes drive. Buggies and clubs can be hired from 40 Euros.

Apartment was nice, but desperately needs air-conditioning in the summer months. Temperatures were around 30 degress in the day, which made nights very uncomfortable.
A television and washing machine would also make it more suitable for families with young children.
Neighbours were welcoming and very helpful.
Transport is also a must, as nearest supermarket is a 15 minute walk, a little longer if you are accompanied by little legs! (children)
Apartment was ideal for sunbathing, as the sun was on the front of the front all day, and then the sun was overlooking the balcony most of the evenings.
I would only recommend this property to someone if air conditioning is fitted.

Nice property, perfect for a quiet break away from it all. One suggestion would the installation of aircon as it does get very hot - apart from that the apartment was very good.

this beautiful new apartment is exactly how it's described on the site. We spent 3 weeks in July here and felt very satisfied with everything. The apartment lacks nothing for comfort...beds...extremely comfortable,towels and linen all of lovely quality making it feel home from home right from day one. the ktchen is great, new fan assisted oven,plenty of kitchen space and utensils. We struggled a little some nights with the heat, as air conditioning was not in place, but we knew this when we went and on the nights when it was not so hot, it was fine, a fan surficed,although i do believe by the time we go next year, air con will have been installed.So if you go september to June, it will be fine!
Lovely peace and quiet base, but plenty to see around and about. Not far from shopping places in nearby areas. Ciuadad quesada...5 mins away, made for some lovely eating places, the banana tree thai/chinese is a must!
Lovely nearby beaches,markets etc. Local town has lots of quaint cafes and if your not a driver and just want a chill time,then sleepy traditional spain is here, but this place is also a good base if you want to go further a field.
