Spacious 2 bedroom villa situated in a quiet residential Cul-de-Sac with good views and conveniently located about 100 metres down from the Montecastillo centre, all amenities are in walking distance. It benefits from being in it's own grounds with large front patio and garden, the rear garden is a sun trap with an added bonus of a 5 birth Spa (Jacuzzi) with temperature control for cooling down in the summer, in the winter you can turn the temperature up to 40 degrees C. for hydrotherapy relaxation, or adjustable to your own personal choice. Large rooftop sun terrace with child gate at the bottom of the stairs. The rear garden has a table, parasol, 4 chairs and 4 sun loungers, which can be taken up on the roof terrace. The front patio has a table, parasol and 4 chairs, the garden has gates to a quiet road with ample parking. The back and front gardens are fully enclosed making these ideal areas for children to play. The dining room & lounge has seating for 5.

Caleta de Fuste is a new resort with no high rise buildings. Our villa is close to Caleta beach where Scuba diving, wind surfing and boat trips are available. The beach has golden sand and is a large horse-shoe shape making it quite sheltered, there are also a number of man made bays near the Atlantico complex. The Atlantico complex is within walking distance, having shops, bowling alley, cinema, bank and a large Spa supermarket. 2 golf courses are within a 5 minute car ride. Caleta centre has many restaurants and bars for all tastes, various car hire companies, banks and Doctors. The Islands Hospital is 10 minutes away in Puerto de Rosario. Caleta de Fuste is situated on the coast in the middle of the Island a 10 minute drive from the Airport. It is ideally located for exploring the Island by car or by bus. There is a very good Zoo and botanic gardens at La Lajita which can be reached by bus. Restaurants, bars and mini-golf are within 100 metres.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental rates are for the property with a maximum of 4 persons, for the 5th person please add £40.

    We are sorry to advise that we do not take bookings for groups of all girls or boys.

    For rental of 14 days or more please deduct £20 per week. (Does not apply to Christmas period)

    Preferred payment is GBP by cheque or bank transfer, we also accept bank transfers in Euros please enquire when booking the exchange rate.

    Non returnable deposit of £50 per week required to secure booking with balance being paid 6 weeks before departure.

    Linen, towels (not for beach use) and utilities included in the rates, no hidden extra. Bed linen and towels changed weekly for rental of 14 days or more.

    Our Property Manager can arrange the hire of Cots and High chairs for £30 each item per week, delivered ready for your stay, to be paid for with booking deposit.

    Welcome packs can be ordered and paid for on arrival.
  • The property is managed by 'Fairways Total Property Management' which is one of the longest serving registered management companies on the Island, with an English manager who speaks fluent Spanish. They provide a 24 hour emergency cover.
    Flights are available from most charter and schedule airlines. Easyjet and Monarch are now operating so check these out as well. We recommend that you pay for flights by credit card to protect your self from any airlines going bust, this only applies if your payment is over £100.00. Section 57 laws mean the card company’s jointly liable, so if the airline goes bust, it may pay the money back, but check with your credit card company first.
  • If you are not hiring a car at the Airport, Taxis are available. But, for you own piece of mind and to avoid queuing we do provide a pickup and return service, the price is €25 from the airport and €20 back for up to 4 people. You will be met at the arrivals exit and taken directly to our property.

Notes: In the dining room there is a dining table and seating for 5, there is a mini Hi-Fi system comprising radio, tape and CD player with a selection of CD's, a sofa bed and a free standing fan. In the lounge there is a flat screen television and and a DVD player with a selection of DVD's, books and games. If guests would like to smoke we would appreciate that this is done outside. A smoke alarm is fitted between the bedrooms and the kitchen area. A safe is provided for your peace of mind. The kitchen area is equipped with a 4 ring ceramic hob,oven, microwave, 5 ft fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and all the usual crockery and cooking utensils. A washing machine is in the outside laundry room, where the electric water heater is installed, there is NO gas in the premises. A cloths airer, iron and ironing board are provided.

Golf Information: There are two Golf courses on the outskirts of Caleta de Fuste a few minutes car drive or about 20 minutes walk from our bungalow. The Fuerteventura Golf Club has held the Spanish Open.

Extras : Cots and High chairs can be hired at an additional cost, these can be arranged on request at time of booking and paid for with final payment. Airport meet and greet can also be arranged, €25 from the airport and €20 back for up to 4 people. The villa is our holiday home, therefore, all our guests are our first priority. We endeavour to provide accurate information and satisfaction to our guests. We pride ourselves in employing one of the longest serving English Property Management Companies on the island, they have an office in Caleta and are the only company on the island that operate a third party Quality Assurance system certified and accredited to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO14001:2004 standards. The Manager speaks fluent Spanish, which is extremely important in the unlikely event of illness, accident or an emergency of any kind. We want our guests to have complete peace of mind and assurance that there is a 24 hour emergency number ans help is only a phone call away.

Flights and Travel around the island: Cheap flights are available from a new airline which will be operating from Easter on Wednesdays from Manchester and London Gatwick they are called Viking Airlines and can be booked over the phone from kissflights on www.kissflights.com telephone number 0871 737 4155 or www.airflights.co.uk their price include 15kg of luggage. Also try www.easyjet.com as they start operating from Stansted on a Wednesday and Saturday and Liverpool on a Monday, Wednesday and Saturday from 4th November 2009 to the end of March 2010 the prices are cheaper than Thomsons and Thomas Cook. It is worth having a look to check the prices. A good bus service operates to the main towns, but a car would be advantageous if you wish to explore further. There are many magnificent beaches and spectacular scenery. The protected sand dunes at Corralejo are about a 40 minutes drive to the North and the Sotavento beach about an hour South.

this villa is just whats written about it by the owners,location,close to amenities, so clean, everything you needed for couples or family's, suntrap at the back , lovely patio at front,washing machine,microwave fridge freezer ect.2 minutes to th nearest restuarant and entertainment, just great

A Wonderful Honeymoon

We have just returned from honeymooning in this property for 2 weeks. What can we say, it was just perfect. Denise and David were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. From the time of booking to the week before we departed they have been on hand to answer any questions and called us before we departed to wish us good luck for the wedding.
We arrived to a lovely wedding card and bottle of wine which was a very lovely touch.
The villa was spotlessly clean and everything that you would ever need was at hand, everything from an Iron to playing cards, dvd's and as many books as you can read during your holiday.
The Hot Tub was fantastic, many a night was spent in there relaxing after a day of sunbathing on the sun terrace, which I must say is a real sun trap. It gets the sun from the early morning until it sets at night - just perfect.
The Villa is around a 5 minute walk downhill into the town of caletta with various bars and restaurants. We enjoyed the Windmill, Lins Cafe, and the Italian. Chaplins is also very good which is in the centre at the end of the road and Tony and his team are very friendly, they remembered us from our Holiday in May.
We are definately hoping to return to this accomodation, the best we have been in so far.
Thank you once again Densie and David for our beautiful card and wine - look out for our next booking.

We have been to Caletta many times and this villa is just perfect.Excellent location,close to all amenities, bars, restaurants
Lovely walk to the beach and town
Peaceful private back terrace with wonderful jacuzzi
Very clean and everything you need in the villa
Owners, Denise & David provide excellent customer service and made the booking a pleasure followed by a phone call after we returned to check that we had enjoyed our stay
Would recommend to everyone!

Great villa in Fuerteventura

Lovely villa, lots of space, nice front and roof terraces, fantastic jacuzzi! The villa is well located, clean and peaceful.
We had a really relaxing time and a very good holiday.
The owner provided very good customer service and made the booking process very easy and pleasant. I would recommend to rent a car to visit the island. However, if you do not fancy driving, there are buses available.
