Large rooftop sun terrace with child gate at the bottom of the stairs. The rear garden has a table, parasol, 4 chairs and 4 sun loungers, which can be taken up on the roof terrace. The front patio has a table, parasol and 4 chairs, the garden has gates to a quiet road with ample parking. The back and front gardens are fully enclosed making these ideal areas for children to play. The dining room & lounge has sitting for 5.

Notes to the rental rates

• Rental rates are for the property with a maximum of 4 persons, for the 5th person please add 40 GBP.
  We are sorry to advise that we do not take bookings for groups of all girls or boys.
  For rental of 14 days or more please deduct 25 GBP per week. (Does not apply to Christmas period)
  Deposit of 50 GBP per week required with remainder being paid 4 weeks per departure.
  Linen, towels (not for beach use) and utilities included in the rates, no hidden extra. Bed linen and towels changed weekly for rental of 14 days or more.
  
• The property is managed by 'Fairways Total Property Management' which is one of the longest serving registered management companies on the Island, with an English manager who speaks fluent Spanish. They provide a 24 hour emergency cover and have an office in Caleta de Fuste.
  Flights are available from most charter and schedule airlines. We recommend that you pay for flights by credit card to protect your self from any airlines going bust, this only applies if your payment is over £100.00. Section 57 laws mean the card company’s jointly liable, so if the airline goes bust, it must pay the money back.
  RYANAIR now fly from Stansted, Birmingham, East Midlands, Liverpool and Dublin.

Golf Information

There are two Golf courses on the outskirts of Caleta de Fuste a few minutes car drive or about 20 minutes walk from our bungalow. The Fuerteventura Golf Club has held the Spanish Open.

Extras

Cots and High chairs can be hired at an additional costs, these can be arranged on request at time of booking and paid for with final payment. Airport meet and greet can also be arranged. There is a 24 hours emergency number for the property manager who speaks English fluent Spanish.

Travel

Car hire is recommended if you wish to tour the Island, there are many magnificent beaches and spectacular scenery. The protected sand dunes at Corralejo about 40 minutes drives North and the Sotavento beach about an hour South are a must. Bethancuria is also worth a visit.
