The apartment is located ideally on the New Golden Mile of Costa Del Sol, Malaga Spain. It is conviniently located around 200 meters walk to the beach, where there is also a lovely beach bar. For families with kids there is also a kids playground very close to the beach. The famous Puerto Banus is 7 minutes drive where you fill find the best designer boutiques, shopping malls and great nightlife with many restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Marbella is a 15 minutes drive where you will have further shopping opportunities but also lovely beach with long promenades for walks along the coast with hundreds of restaurants alongside. Estepona is also just 15 min drive where there is a idyllic port. Overall the location will suit anyone as there are atleast 9 golf courses within a 5 minute drive, plenty of beaches with different facilities, Lots of shops, Mountains for hiking, Sailing, Surfing, Skiiing all within less than half an hours drive.

Additional Apartment Description
The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and will accommodate 4 people in 2 double bedrooms. The entrance hall leads onto the lounge diner, tastefully furnished with contemporary furniture and leather sofas and dining chairs. The lounge area has cream leather sofas, a coffee table, TV & DVD player, Satellite box with UK channels. The lounge then opens onto a large South facing terrace with views over the pool and tropical gardens. The terrace is equipped with stylish comfortable patio furniture for relaxing after a day in the sun. (See photos). The kitchen is fully integrated again in modern wood with granite work surfaces. The overall lovely terracotta colours outside gives a real Andalucían feel amongst the modern design. A glass sliding door leads onto the large terrace. The hallway leads to Bedroom 2, which has fitted wardrobes and 2 single beds. Opposite is the guest bathroom. At the end of the hall is a door which leads to the main bedroom with own en-suite.

The main bedroom boasts a king sized bed with bed side tables and large wardrobes. The bedroom has views out to tropical garden and pools. The ensuite bathroom is fully tiled in marble, with a full size bath and shower above and separate double shower enclosure with overhead power shower. The large terrace overlooks the outdoor pools and has spectacular views of the tropical gardens. There is a table and four chairs for dining. Outside there is one large pool with low and deep ends and one kids pool.
