This lovely apartment is located 5 minutes from the Rialto bridge and the fish and vegetable market. It is part of the Palazzo Albrizzi historical complex and belongs to the Albrizzi family since the 18th century. Its windows overlook the 'Rio de Madoneta'. The flat has been recently restored and the original 18th century stucco work makes it a really cosy place. S.Marco square is only 10 mins walking as well as the most important museums and churches such as St. Marks Square, Accademia, Cà Rezzonico, S.Maria Gloriosa dei Frari (Titian paintings) and Scuola di S.Rocco (Tintoretto). 2 sofabeds in the living room are convenient if you have a child or a extra friend coming to visit. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. All linens are provided.

The flat is located in the Rialto bridge area. It's a 10 minutes walking to get to Piazza S. Marco and Palazzo Ducale. A waterbus stop is 5 minutes away, but there are so many things you can reach just walking ! The Frari Cathedral and S. Rocco School. The Accademia and, if you are interested in modern and contemporary art the Guggenheim Museum and Palazzo Grassi. Rialto is a very lively place. Ther's a fish and vegetable market every morning, and an endless choice of restaurants and wineries where you can enjoy some delicious and savoury finger food along with a glass of prosecco wine.

If you love Venice you will love this property - centrally located and yet tucked away in a peaceful corner - ancient and beautiful!!
If you dont know Venice very well you will love this property - romantic and close to main sights - and with fantastic directions provided by the owner (so no chance of getting lost)!!
Well equipped, clean and charming apartment with the added bonus of the owner on sight and available to assist with any enquiry.
We spent a perfect 4 days here and returned home with recharged batteries. We would not hesitate to recommend the property to any fellow traveller. We would definately return again and again.

Venice our second home

My husband and I have been to Venice several times and have a lasting love affair with it.

The icing on the cake this time was staying in Guilio's lovely apartment.
It was wonderful coming back at the end of the day to the apartment, cooking a meal then relaxing in such a pleasant sitting room.
The apartment was very clean had everything we needed and thankfully no TV.
Guilio and his wife were very helpful and allowed us to leave our cases at the apartment until five oclock on the day of our departure.

Dont just visit the well known tourist places.Get lost you will find beautiful little Campos to explore,go across to the Giudecca have coffee on the promenade looking back across the lagoon to Venice , wonderful.

Visit the Naval Museum it is superb and costs so little to visit.

We certainly hope to be back in Venice before long and will definitely be contacting Guilio his apartment is just perfect.

Very near to absolutely everything! Plenty of room for us both - cooked nearly every evening. Loved looking down at the Gondels going past. Our landlords were very friendly and I can recommend this flat very warmly Thank you for a lovely holiday - Gail and Hubertus

What an experience! The flat was lovely and the convenience to everything was perfect. The 2 twin beds in the bedroom along with the two sofa sleepers in the living room were perfect for our stay in Venice. The kitchen was supplied with everything needed, although we ate out and enjoyed the local cuisine. Very clean - would recommend to anyone. The stairs created a challenge for going up with luggage, but well worth it! Thanks for sharing this with us for a few days.

We had a wonderful break in Venice made all the more special by your authentic apartment in Palazzo Albrizzi. The location was perfect , beautifully quiet and peaceful ,but also so close to all the shops and restaurants etc.
I especially loved the decorative ceilings! Spotlessly clean and comfortable and with such attentive hosts. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment and without a doubt book the same place for a return visit-hopefully very soon!
