Ideal for families or golfing and sports holidays, this luxury villa is located on 'EL Valle' one of Polaris World's prestigious golf resorts. With a quiet atmosphere and unique rugged rural backdrop, it is situated just a short drive from the local beach as well as the cosmopolitan attractions of Murcia city. The resort has a brand new clubhouse (opened on the 24th May 2008). The clubhouse is about a 10 minute walk from the villa and will soon have the Asador El Valle (a charcoal grill barbecue restaurant), Sandalo chill out bar, pro golf shop, Clover Pub, supermarket and 24hr cash point. The property also benefits from many convenient facilities including a large plasma TV (satellite), DVD, CD player, dishwasher, microwave and air conditioning in every room. It also has a privacy screen at the back of the property.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking notes: £100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. Weekend and shorter golf breaks are welcome at our nightly rate (depending on season) plus a standard cleaning fee. These may not be available during the busy summer season and are limited to 2 – 4 night stays. No groups under 21 are allowed. Towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay, this will incur an additional charge payable locally. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring there own beach towels. Changeover day: check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure.
  • Security deposit: in addition, a separate £200 security deposit is required when booking. Please note, your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.

    A cleaning/laundry fee of £75 applies to all bookings.
  • To heat the pool an additional charge of £60 per week is required. A high chair or cot can be provided on request, starting from £20 each a week. Additional children's accessories such as stair gates and car seats are available on request. A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be arranged on request.

Patio doors leading to large terrace with table and six chairs. The villa stands on a large plot 390m² with a fenced garden (screened at the back fro privacy). There is air conditioning in every room and satellite channels include Sky Sports, BBC channels, UK Gold, History, Discovery, Movies Action, MGM Fox, Eurosport and National Geographic. There is a large terraced garden area with a covered outdoor dining area with a table and six chairs and barbecue as well as an additional garden table with four chairs. The villa has six sunloungers and a large pool, which can be heated for an additional charge (heating should be installed by spring). The villa offers off road parking for two cars.

Beaches and waterparks: 25 minutes' drive from the beach, restaurant and bars at Los Alcazares. 40 minutes' drive from La Manga Strip. Approx. 50 minutes' drive to Terra Mitica Theme Park in Benidorm and many other waterparks in the Alicante area including Aqualandia. Approx. 30 minutes' drive from Torrevieja Aquopolis (waterpark open between 8 June to 31 August).

Airports: 25 minutes' drive from San Javier Airport, Murcia. 45 minutes' drive from Alicante Airport, Alicante. 20 minutes' drive from Corvera Airport (under construction)

Places if interest: 15-20 minutes' drive from Murcia City, which offers fantastic nightlife, shopping and restaurants. 25 minutes' drive from Mar Menor/Los Alcazares (beach) which also offers many tapas bars, restaurants, shops, banks and supermarkets. Approx. 2 hours' drive to Granada and the Alhambra Palace. Approx. 3.5 hours' drive to Madrid. Approx. 45-50 minutes' drive to Alicante, well know for it's popular water and theme parks. A local shopping complex called 'Dos Mares' with an enormous supermarket, many restaurants and a cinema is approx. 20 minute drive away.

Other Activities: The villa is located on a resort with an 18-hole golf course. Mar Menor's beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow.
