Fabulous 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa on gated community close to all amenities Naples has to offer. The main feature is the large heated pool and oversized screened patio/lanai for those lazy days in the sun or those evenings al fresco dining at the barbecue. Large, sunny open plan living room/dining room/kitchen all overlook the pool area. Living room has 52' TV/CD/DVD compatible with MP3 and IPod. Dining room seats 6 with additional seating on bar stools at the kitchen counter. Master bedroom has oversized king bed and 26' TV/DVD player and opens directly onto the poolside. Master bath has his and hers sinks, walk in shower and large soaking tub. The other 2 bedrooms have 19' TV/DVD player. Second bedroom has queen bed and also opens directly onto poolside. Third bedroom has twin beds. Double garage is equipped with 2 bikes and fishing rods and equipment for your use. This house was completely refurbished in Dec 07 and all fixtures and fittings both inside and out are brand new.

Sports activities in Naples

Naples has over 35 golf courses and many fine tennis courts. For the fisherman, you can charter a boat for deep sea fishing or fishing on the backwaters of the Everglades. Alternatively, fish from Naples Pier, one of Naples great traditions and a must see place. Briarwood has tennis courts, a large communal pool and club house for your use.
