Enjoy your Vacation in our charming three bedroom, two bath home located on a cul-de-sac street. Five minutes from I-95, and ten minutes from both Downtown Fort Lauderdale and from the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood Airport. Step out into your back yard Paradise and fish, boat, swim, or just enjoy. Beautifully situated directly on canal. You can visit restaurants on the intercoastal in a few short minutes. Large patio with outdoor dining table for six. Comfortable loungers for sunbathing. Schools of fish at our dock for easy fishing. Swim in our pool, and picnic poolside with our barbecue grill. Interior of home has modern appliances. Single floor home great for those not wanting to walk up stairs. The home features a large comfortable living room with leather sofas and recliners, large 36-inch TV, cable, and receiver. Central A/C and ceiling fans inside thru-out. Three very comfortable bedrooms. The master with its own bathroom.

Water taxis carry passengers up and down the intercoastal to restaurants and points of interest. Fort Lauderdale is also full of Golf Courses and Golf Country Clubs, and is a great destination for fun and relaxation. The beaches are beautiful.

  • 11% State abd County Tax and a one time Cleaning Charge of $85. are added to the Rental Rate.
    Please be advised: If you pay by Visa or Mastercard, there is a processing fee. per transaction.
    Rates are subject to change without notice. Reservations are not considered confirmed until Deposit is established.
  • Deposits
    a 50% deposit is due at time of reservation. The balance is due 30
    days prior to arrival.
    For everyone's health, there is a no smoking policy in the house. We suggest guests arrange for travel insurance to protect a prepaid stay. Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 11AM. Any major damage or loss
    (other than normal wear and tear) will be charged to the original credit card used at time of deposit.
  • Cancellation Policy
    A minimum 30-day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for a refund of a deposit. A 90 day notice if cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for extended stays of a month or more. There is always a credit card processing fee, no matter when the cancellation is declared. If the same party makes another reservation within sixty days of their cancellation, their forfeited deposit will be applied to the new reservation. There are no refunds for early departures and no-shows.

Beautiful home!

Our family stayed here this past March. This home was beautiful, clean and a good size for our family of 5. It's on a nice quiet street. We brought our own 15 foot boat and explored the inland waterways which was why we chose this home. The boys loved seeing all the iguanas! The pool area is nice and the flowers were in bloom. The neighbors next door were very kind and gave us advise on where we should go explore. They were very helpful. There are stores and restaurants nearby too. Hooligans restaurant had great food! This home has easy access to nearby highways if you want to do day trips north or south of Fort Lauderdale. I would recommend it to anyone. We had an awesome time!

We were happy with our stay at this house. The pool and the closeness to the waterfront were the best things. There were also our very own pets, the iguanas around the house:-) The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The outdoor mattresses etc could have been better kept in this humid climate.

We rented this property for 12 days and could not have been happier with the position, facilities and cleanliness. It is an awesome house, well maintained and very clean. Will definitely be renting it again. Chris
