Photos and Description of this San Remo holiday apartment 10 minutes to the sea by car and 8 minues walk to bus stop.

The sunny and nicely decorated 70 m2 apartment, and direct access to the 56 m2 big terrace. It is furnished with a big table, 2 wooden benches, chairs, umbrella (parasol, lounge chairs and a barbecue grill. Beyond the terrace there are olive and fig trees. There is a “great room”, which consists of a 15 m2 kitchen/dining area and a 30 m2 living room area. There are two bedrooms, one 16m2, the other 5m2, and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and an Electrolux refrigerator/freezer. There is a separate laundry room with an Electrolux washing machine. The dining table can seat 6 people. There is a bed sofa, two bed chairs, table, TV with 60 channels, DVD player, radio with CD. The large bedroom has two beds, two night tables, one chest of drawers and a wardrobe (closet). The smaller bedroom has two beds and night table. Italy’s oldest golf course in Sanremo. It is a 15-20 minutes’ ride by car. Internet Broadband connection is available at extra cost.

There is a well-known casino and many boutiques, as well as charming restaurants and bars along the walks at the Mediterranean Sea. There are markets twice a week, which are interesting to explore. At the big harbour yachts may be admired, as well as rented.

Starting from the town centre you can reach Madonna della Costa (a sanctuary where you can see a stunning landscape). From here you have two opportunities: one easy track made up of roads and off roads or one hard track for professionals only. From San Romolo there is a panoramic track where you can see all the Sanremo gulf and even the French one. The top of the mountain (1299 m) represent a good finish point. Sanremo inland is a fantastic opportunity to sink into the tastes of nature .

All famous old Swedish drivers like Eric Carlsson ”på taket”, Harry Källström, Ove Andersson, Björn Waldegård, Stig Blomqvist, m.fl. has been the winner of this famous Rally, as well as McRae. Apart from the Sanremo Rally there is the Sanremo Rally Storico, “Rally dei Fiori” for Veteran cars. It starts in Sanremo and pass Tuscany and finish in Sanremo. T
