This recently refurbished studio apartment is in the ideal place to explore Nice, Antibes and Cannes and the wonderful medieval villages of Tourrettes sur Loup and St Paul de Vence. The studio is well-equipped with a fully tiled en-suite shower room, modern kitchen area with marble worktops, microwave, oven and grill, hob, sink, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The studio also has a large king-size bed with quality mattress. There is a comfortable seating area for relaxing, watching TV or a film on the DVD player or perhaps listening to music on the radio or CD player all provided in the studio. The studio benefits from French doors that lead to the garden and pool terrace where you can enjoy an al fesco meal or just relax in the sun. An electric barbecue is supplied so you have a choice of cooking and dining, either inside the studio or on one of the terraces. There is a large 'L' shaped pool which is shared with the owners although the owners rarely use the pool in the season.

Tourrettes sur Loup is a beautiful medieval village in the hills behind Nice and Antibes just 25 minutes from Nice airport and the nearest beaches. The accommodation also offers easy access to the artists village of St. Paul de Vence, famed for its galleries and sculpture, Grasse, the perfume capital of France and Gourdon with its dizzying eagle's nest views of the coast and Corsica. Close by is the entrance to the famous and spectacular Gorges du Loup. Less than an hour will find you in the lively beach resorts of Cannes, Antibes or Juan les Pins. Only a little further away along the coast is Monaco, Monte Carlo and the Italian border all within easy reach or why not head west and enjoy a day trip to St. Tropez, St. Maxime or Frejus. For winter visitors just 45 minutes into the mountains is the local ski resort of Greolieres and Valberg and Isola 2000 can be reached in less than two hours. This studio offers the perfect base from which to explore the Cote d'Azur.
