This detached villa is located on a rural hillside between Loule and Santa Barbara de Nexe, on a private metalled road. The property has stunning views of the coast and is within easy reach of beaches at Quinta do Lago, Faro and Val de Lobo. There are 7 golf courses within 15 minutes drive and the delightful market town of Loule is just 3 kilometres from the house. Sightseeing, shopping in a traditional market and a real 'Algarve' feel plus excellent restaurants are some of the attractions of this Central Algarve historic town. Vilamoura, with its nightlife and entertainment is 20 minutes by car. Inland, mountain roads climb through attractive hill villages, olive groves and pine forests into unspoiled countryside on the Alentejo border. The house is within 15 minutes of Faro Airport and is easily accessible from the A22 motorway which runs to the Spanish border and on to Seville, approximately 2 hours drive away, whilst giving access to the rest of the Algarve's golf courses.

For children who require a cot there is no other charge other than the cot hire charge of £30 per week. If an extra bed is required there will be an additional charge of £30 per week.

| Notes: | Elderly or infim clients have easy access to the living areas and three upper bedrooms. There are both internal and external stairs to the pool area from the entrance which is on the first floor. Ample parking is available for 4 or more cars at the front of the villa- Each room is fitted with electric wall heaters and ceiling fans. 4 Bedrooms have French doors leading to terraced areas. A maid visits daily to clean the villa, make beds and changes towels and linen regularly. There is a built in BBQ with its own chimney adjacent to the kitchen. Arrangements can be made to provide a 'starter' pack of essentials ( food, etc,) before arrival. The house has a local English speaking managing agent to take care of any problems with the villa or its facilities during the time guests are in residence. Long term rentals will be considered off season. |
