This is a beautiful one off architect designed luxury villa situated between Alicante and Benidorm, very close to the beach with sea views. Being spacious and luxurious with its own private swimming pool and secure private grounds it is ideal for families requiring top quality accommodation for summer holidays. Being close to excellent golf courses it is also an ideal place for golf parties to holiday outside of the peak summer season. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance and there are many visitor attractions including theme parks, safari parks, water parks, zoo, etc. The villa has four double size bedrooms and sleeps eight people comfortably. All rooms throughout are light and spacious and the whole of the villa is air conditioned. There are multiple terraces and patio areas and a dedicated barbecue area within the private walled gardens. This is a beautiful place to stay whether spending your holiday relaxing at the villa or exploring the many local attractions.

Location: El Campello in Spain

Nearest Airport: Alicante at 20 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 100.0 Metres
Situated mid-way between the busy coastal towns of El Campello and Villajoyosa and approx 20 mins from either Benidorm or 15 mins from Alicante. There are many nearby attractions including beautiful sandy beaches, safari parks, theme parks including the amazing Terramitica and Terranatura, Aqualandia water park, Mundomar sea world etc. To get the most from local attractions and amenities it is recommended to have a car however it is not essential as there is a small railway station just a short walk from the villa which links to local towns and cities, there is also a bus stop very close by with an hourly service throughout the day. There are also local private and taxi drivers available.
