The perfect combination of comfort and openness, our home brings a true sense of home to a tropical resort. The great open-plan ground-floor room is flooded with light through the many windows which overlook the paved patio, which is large enough for a private, screen-enclosed pool. Our home is professionally furnished and comprises of one en-suite king-bedded master bedroom with TV, one en-suite queen-bedded room and two twins sharing a third bathroom, making our home ideal also for two families to stay. The property is fully air-conditioned with clothes washing/drying facilities and ceiling fans. The island-style kitchen and living area are furnished to a high standard and are fully equipped with all the mod cons. BellaVida's 6,700 sq ft clubhouse features a fitness centre, cyber cafe, large resort pool and spa, plus basketball and volleyball courts, all of which are free for our guests to use during their stay.

  • All rental rates include Florida state tax of 13%. Pool heat is not charged within our price quoted. We recommend that pool heat is required from mid-October to Mid April and is charged at cost price of $20/£13 per night. For bookings under 6 nights there will be an additional cleaning charge of $90 (£60).No security deposits are required, as we get a signed undertaking from any guests to pay for any damages.A minimum deposit of $250 for any booking will always be taken if the booking is made over eight weeks before arrival, otherwise full payment is required at the time of confirmation. Guests are expected to pay for their booking 4 weeks before arrival.

Great house and location

This house is great for a family vacation in Kissimmee. Considering its proximity to local amenities it is very quiet and peaceful. It is very near to a large Walmart which is really handy. (You could even walk).

We used the private pool with the house (its worth getting this heated in Winter if you have kids) and there is a larger shared pool in the complex.

The house is large and well apponted with everything you need and it takes about 15 minutes to drive to the parks. Bring or rent a Sat Nav to help you get around - indispensable. .

I never tried them but there is even a nearby British pub and Indian restaurant!

I would use this house again - no question.

Beautiful home in gated community. The home was in pristine condition. Very open and airy. Neighborhood was very quiet. Nice clubhouse with free access to computers/internet. Very close to all Disney attractions. This is where you want to stay if you want a wonderful Orlando vacation.

Great location, just as described

This villa is located in a very quiet area, but is close to everything and easy to find. We took our two children (4 and 2 months) and their grandparents and had plenty of space. The home was obviously new and very clean. And the customer service was very responsive; I had requested a pack-n-play for our infant so we didn't have to bring our own, and a brand new one was provided for us. The grounds are beautiful, and we all enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and relaxing by the pool. Easy access to Disney and all other major attractions. I am really a person who relies on reviews, so I was happy to be given an opportunity to provide positive feedback about our vacation!
