140 square meters apartment, situated on the last floor (8th) in an elegant building, heated, lift, doorman service, composed of: Living area: spacious entrance, double living room with a large balcony that the magnificent view of Mount Rosa can be seen from, roomy kitchen equipped with tableware and all household appliances (gas cooker with oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, large refrigerator with freezer) that opens out to a balcony; Sleeping area (separate from the living area): 2 bedrooms (with a double bed, the other one with 2 single beds, which opens out to a balcony with the magnificent Mount Rosa view), 2 bathrooms (one with a toilette, bathtub/shower, bidet, and window; the other with toilette, shower cubicle, bidet, and window). Double living rooms is furnished with 2 sofa beds (one double and one with 2 single beds), armchairs, a large, marble dining room table. The bedrooms and living room are equipped with TV.

Property is nice; people terrible to deal with

The apartment itself is pretty much as advertised, spacious and clean. However, when we arrived we could not get in and were told we were too early, then we were too late, and the conclusion we reached was that they couldn't be bothered to let us in. This is after I had tried to get in touch with the owner and the manager before leaving US. It was extremely unpleasant and stressful. Be very careful of the renter and her manager. Fortunately, the caretaker of the building was very helpful. Also, the electrical system couldn't support both AC and hot water for showers; we were constantly having outages unless we turned off the AC while using hot water, etc. Location was good, near public transportation. So, very bad customer service, but the apartment is as represented in the ad. Just be very, very careful of the owner, etc. It was good being close to trams and shopping.

Fantastic Apartment

We stayed at this apartment for 4 nights in July - August. It was such a comfortable, and beautiful stay.

The apartment was well stocked with all the comforts of home. (Even an ironing board and iron). It is spacious and beautiful. The location (across the street to a shopping center) made it very easy to get food and things that we needed.

The agent who met us was very attentive and helpful. He helped us find the bus numbers to get to the train stations.

We would stay here again if we are ever in Milano.

Had everything we needed

We stayed in this apartment for four nights - it had everything we needed, was clean and very spacious. It was great having two bathrooms too. The location was only 10/15 minutes to the centre of Milan - with good transport links. Shopping centre opposite was very convenient - with big supermarket open until 9pm (but closed on Sundays). Downstairs neighbours were very helpful and phoned a taxi for us to get the shuttle bus back to the airport. Much nicer than staying in an hotel.

Lovely apartment in MIlan

I really can recommend this apartment, we spent a week there and I can say the apartment really suprised us positively! The location is great and there is lovely shopping mall on the opposite side of the street. Nice kitchen with everything you need and two nice bathrooms, the other one is large with great mirrors to make up and dry hair ;)
