The house is decorated in a subtle Floridian style that rouses the feel of the Sunshine state. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Just like its sister house it has an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully appointed with a conventional and convection oven. The living room and kitchen open onto the screened in porch over looking the ocean.
