Photos and Description of this Javea holiday villa A very attractive property with high quality furnishings and pretty garden.

We are pleased to offer this charming property, which is suitable for up to three people only (one double bedroom, one single), Situated in a quiet, attractive location but not far from the beach and all amenities. The gardens are laid to grassed, planted with a variety of palm tress and shrubs. Tastefully decorated and furnishings are very high quality. Ceiling fans. A lovely barbecue casita is adjacent to the Swimming Pool, and there is also a covered terrace to provide shade for the summer months. Lovely double bedroom, furnished to a high standard.

There are many reasonably priced restaurants, colour bars and shops, all within easy reach. The Old Medieval Town of Javea is charming, with its narrow streets, white painted houses and tapas bar.

Beaches, Bars, Cafes and Restaurants: Javea's superb sandy Arenal Beach is fringed with palm trees, lively bars and cafes. There is also the port area which is very cosmopolitan, again, with many good reasonably prices restaurants, many on the sea front. The old town of Javea, with its picturesque, narrow streets, tapas bars, indoor market, shops, museum etc. has much to offer. This property is also located within easy reach of the beautiful bay of Granadella, which is very pretty and has an unspoilt charm and also a very good tapas bar!

Sightseeing: There are many areas to explore which are not far away. A drive to the fortress (Guadalest) with narrow cobbled streets, shops, and wonderful views. Terra Mitica is our new Theme Park, really upmarket and a must for all the family. An evening pass is available in the Summer months at a reduced rate and is extremely good value. Aqualandia water park and Mundomar animal water park are also within easy reach. There are the Caves at Benidoleig and a Safari Park within easy driving distance.

Golf, Tennis etc: Golf Courses, Watersports, Bowling etc. There are golf courses which have excellent driving ranges etc. La Sella is particularly good which is 18 holes, designed by a top golf pro. Javea is 9 holes at the moment, but will be extended to 18 holes in the near future. We have 2 excellent bowls clubs which are great meeting places, both having restaurant and bars. Watersports are available along the seafront between Javea Arenal Beach and the Port. These include windsurfing, jet skiing etc. Boats can also be hired from the canal next to the Arenal Beach. There are also two tennis club

Our Wonderful Honeymoon! Sep 09

My husband and I spent two weeks in this villa. Although for the majority of our stay we had storms and lots of rain we still had a wonderful time. The villa is within five to ten minutes drive of all of the shops bars and the beach. The villa has all you need to enjoy a realxing stay, the only let down was the kitchen. ( not really a let down, we just worked with what we had ) We found it awkward to cook meals on the two ring camping style hob and oven that sits next to it. That was the ONLY area of disappointment.
The gardens and pool are stunning as is the BBQ which we made full use of. The information pack was a great help. We highley rcommend Scallops restaurant on Arenal beach, great value for money. Further along on the more rocky side of the beach there are some fantastic beach bars which are truly stunning in the evening. The caretakers Diane & Stewart are a wonderful couple and if we needed anything were on hand within the hour. Thank you so much Guys. If you are looking for peace and quiet and privacy this is the place for you, within ten minutes of a much hustle and bustle as you can take. The instructions given to get to the villa from the airport were spot on, we didn't get lost once. Thank you guys for a memorable honeymoon.

Super Haus für ruhigen Urlaub

Wenn jemand wie wir einen ruhigen Relaxurlaub machen möchte dann kommt er an diesem Haus nicht vorbei.
In wunderbarer ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand von Javea gelegen bietet dieses Haus alles was unkomplizierte Urlauber brauchen.
Vom Carport mit elektrisch schließendem Tor über die Wohnung mit der kleinen Küchenzeile über das schöne Bad und die Schlafzimmer für insgesammt 3 Personen bis zur schönen Terrasse ist alles sauber und gut in Schuss.
Höhepunkt ist natürlich der Ca. 10 x 5 mtr. grosse Pool
den mann einfach geniessen muss.
Javes erreicht man nach ca. 5 Autominuten.

Das Hausmeisterehepaar ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Kleine Anmerkung: Mann muss sich in Englisch oder Spanisch verständigen
