A brand new studio furnished to a very high standard, in a quiet part of the popular village of Peyia. Views from the large tiled balcony will take your breath away. Sea views to the front and mountains to the rear. Close to Peyia village with its winding streets, taverns, supermarket, bakery and butcher. So why cook when the food in the taverns and restaurants is fresh and tastes fantastic. Because of the elevated position you will always have a fresh breeze to cool you while you relax on the balcony considering your next trip out. The roads in Cyprus are general empty and void of traffic even in the height of the summer, they drive on the same side as the UK. The studio has a TV and DVD, all bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. There is a sofa bed with top quality memory foam mattress. A well equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, toaster and all the crockery, pans you will need, if you wish to cook! The bathroom has a tiled shower room.

PEYIA is still a mainly Cypriot village with all local shops, freshly baked bread, the butcher local will prepare traditional and non traditional barbeque food for you upon request. Stone built church set amid the village which is on a slope that runs down to coral bay beach It has two supermarkets, a bank, laundrette, doctors and a DVD rental shop. Try Sophie’s restaurant which does a theme night of, English, Chinese and Thai, buffets on different nights for a set cost. And you can’t go to Cyprus without trying a 'MEZE', a selection of local dishes brought over to you at your leisure. AKAMAS PENINSULAR An area of preserved natural beauty , Lara beach turtle sanctuary, mile upon mile of mountain bike and 4x4 tracks accompanied by deserted beaches.

  • Sleeps a maximum of 2 The sofa bed is of a good quality with upgraded mattress (we sleep on it when our villa is booked) sprung action pull out mechanism for ease of folding/unfolding , we leave the bed unfolded most of the time unless we have guests round for a bottle or two of wine, there is plenty of room in the studio for the bed to be left out. A full hanging wardrobe , bedside cabinet, lamps make it a cosy place in the evening and the way the studio has been built means it is very private with no one overlooking you. We prefer staying in our studio than the villa when it just the two of use, it is a far more intimate space.

Coral Bay : This beach has it all, sandy, shallow, safe, surf, sunbeds, sunshades, showers and toilets. There are bars and restaurants within a very short walking distance. Lifeguards on duty in the summer months and plenty of parking. Beach faces west so you can enjoy the setting sun. Coral Bay the village, which is a few minutes walk from the beach has restaurants, night clubs, shops and an internet cafe. Coral bay is active until the early hours, plenty of taxis to take you home ready to start again the next day !

Akamas Peninsular: This is a games reserve with its exciting walks, deserted beaches, turtle sanctuary and selective restaurants all for you to explore. There are organised 4x4 safaris, or hire your own jeep, pack a picnic and go and explore

weather: Cyprus as about 300 days of sunshine a year, the winter days are mild but can be cold at night the sea in still warm enough to swim till mid January, then starts to warm again from mid March

Ski: You can ski in the morning and sunbath on the beach in the afternoon in Cyprus During the winter months. In spring the Troodos Mountans are a blaze with alpine style meadows. Also good for climbing and mountain biking, some well signed walking routes, why not have a post Xmas walking break.

Golf: There are three golf courses within 15 to 20mins drive, Aphrodite hills the stunning Secret valley both are open to the public.

visiting paphos for us was agreat experience as it was our first visit to cyprus-we were quite aways from paphos town -it is definitely not a walking distance -car recommended-we went to lots of tourist attractions the favorite for me was the cruise.i will definitely recommend it for anice romantic break -adventurous as well -because we did alot of walking even though we hired a car.the food was excellent especilly the local meze meal in lanaca-which has a fantastic harbour to eat out.
