Les Fregates G is a prestigious roof top apartment - third floor with one large fabulous terrace with panoramic views of the mountains and the sea this terrace is well equipped with Bar, BBQ, sun loungers, and a table and chairs for four persons. It also has a further balcony off of the lounge area with sea views. Truly romantic this apartment is situated directly by the sea and the long sandy beaches of St Cyprian the residence also has a swimming pool and secured parking. The residence also has its own grocery where you can get the essentials for the day. Directly near a beach bar/restaurant which hires out Jet Ski’s. The apartment is situated near to the Tennis Club, Theatre, Beautiful public gardens with peacocks, Aqua land, Restaurants, and in season the yellow train runs between the Marina with its restaurants, bars, nightclubs and a Casino until 11.00pm in the evening. The property is only a 25 minute drive from Perpignan Airport or 1 hour from Girona Airport NO LIFT

The apartment was in a good location, during the months of July and August there are many buses to take you to nearby resorts and a free bus to the village. There was also a free yellow train to catch from 16.00 until 23.30. Outside of these months a car would probably be useful. Although the apartment sleeps 4 it is quite small, the kitchen is adequate but we had BBq's most of the time. There was also a great little shop and pizza parlour on the complex. A visit to Collioure is a must.
Owner's Response: Yes, without a doubt the apartment is in a great location with lots of transport available for those clients that would like to leave the car at home.

The apartment is one of the largest at Les Fregates and benifits from two balconies one overlooking the sea, and the swimming pool can be viewed with seating for four persons.

The other balcony is very large with two sunbeds, table seating for four, large bar area and BBQ. This balcony has views of the sea and the mountains

Ideally suited for four persons with the bedrooms being seperated by the lounge and kitchen area.
