Apartman Wendy is a spacious new studio apartment close by the beach in a quiet neighbourhood on the island of Ciovo. It is located in Mavarstica Bay which is regarded as the loveliest beach area of the island. The apartment is on the ground floor with a terrace in front. Sleeping is on double bed and double sofabed. The apartment is situated just 8km from Trogir, the beautiful UNESCO protected medieval city with it's numerous cafes and restaurants and close to the charming fishing village of Okrug Gornji with it's daily fish and fruit and vegetable markets. The beach in front is ideal for families and singles alike with its warm crystal clear water. Come with a lilo or dingy and laze the day away floating on the calm sea.

Split airport is a short taxi ride away and access to the island is by bridge. Come in the high season of July and August and you’ll find Ciovo vibrant with life with holidaymakers from all over Europe. During the day enjoy in local beaches, sun and coffee shops; taste local cuisine and sample the friendly people of the village. Alternatively rent a car and explore the natural beauty of the island or visit Trogir town;get familiar with its history and the local culture. Or take a 30 km drive to Split and wander through the 1700 year old alleyways of Dioclecean's Palace.For a quiet holiday come in April-June or September/October. Easy and regular access to the mainland makes it a great place to have not just a relaxing beach holiday with the whole island to explore by scooter, boat or car, but also makes for a convenient base from which to visit the historic sites of Split, Trogir, beautiful Krka waterfalls, adventures rafting on Cetina river and other interesting places on the mainland

Means of access: Getting there is easy by car or by flying. Split airport is a short taxi ride away and access to the island is by bridge. Please note that local roads become congested during the high season. You will be greeted in the Trogir offices of the English managed property manager. Their staff can tell you all the best places to visit and help with any enquiries. You will feel completely looked after.

Directions to the apartment: Trogir DPM office will supply you with photo directions how the get to the apartment and give you all information’s about region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. In a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help.

The apartment gave me a real feeling for the life in Croatia from the wonderful people who lived nearby and their friendlyness. Enjoyed talking to the locals and learning about the area from them. Nice views of the sea and very quiet at night. The apartment was very clean and the rental company was very helpful in arranging my transportation needs when I was leaving.
