This is an outstanding brand new villa in Davenport area very close to Disney, its ideal for a small or large family get away, providing a fantastic holiday for everybody young or old, for both summer and winter alike! The villa is furnished to an exceptionally high standard and is child friendly throughout. There is a sumptuous Jacuzzi bath and pool that can be heated when required and the child safety fence surrounding it means parents can relax while the children play. This villa consists of two master bedrooms with en suite facilities and two twin rooms that share a bathroom and closets are available throughout. A large open plan living area with cable television and broadband internet connection along with everything you can expect in the kitchen area, with a separate utility room. There is also an eating area in the kitchen along with a dining room. There is air conditioning and central heating in every room. This is a hard to find home at such a low cost with high standards.

Our beautiful Villa is close to disney and only a short drive away from International drive, water parks, universal and the Orlando Mall. Yet ideal for golfers and many of the world class golf courses. You will also be within easy driving distance from Cypress Gardens, Bush Gardens, Kennedy Space centre and the world famous Daytona Beach. There is also quite a few helicopter or light aircraft rides nearby at such a low affordable price. There will be some information available in the villa for the best places to go and how to make the most of your stay.
