3 self-contained apartments available at same building level (2 studios each sleep two and a 1 bedroom with maximum 4 sleep). Communication possible betwen them. Suitable for maximum 6 people for all accommodation rental.

At less 50 meters from beach:
Located on 'Gold square' area at less 50m from Croisette beach and sea side, rue du Bateguier, very lively restaurant area, is an excelente location for holidays. It is “the center” of the Cannes center, all facilicities to visit the French Riviera and all popular beach resort like St Tropez, Monaco or take a day to go by train along the sea side in Italy. Train, bus station (connecting all main resorts along Riviera), best shop, most leisure and 'Provencal' markets at walking distance.
Golf:
Many golf at 15/20 minutes drive, in Mougins, Valbonne or Mandelieu la Napoule
