Although in a peaceful beautiful environment the villa is only 5 mins from Grasse, 10 min from the beautiful hill village of Valbonne and many restaurants and 30 mins from Cannes and Nice.

Notes to the rental rates

• 25% booking deposit upon reservation
  Final payment 1 month prior to start of holiday
  400 Euros refundable damage deposit.
  Keys, map and driving instructions will be released when funds are cleared
  On completion of holiday and safe return of keys the damage deposit will be refunded providing the house is left in good order.The tenancy extends from Thusday to Thursday or from Saturday to Saturday.

Other attractions:

There is a beautiful golf course in Opio about 5 minutes drive away. Right next door to it is a Club Med holiday resort that offers a daily rate if you would like to use their facilities including health spa, large swimming pool, tennis courts and restaurants. There is also a tennis club in Opio just down the road and several fitness studios. For the ardent shoppers Cannes, Nice and a huge shopping complex known as Cap 3000 are all within half an hour's drive and all have a wonderful selection of the latest fashions in clothes and other goods. All around are great hiking possibilities and there is a para gliding school near Gourdon about 10 mins drive away. There are plenty of boating, sailing and canoeing possibilities in all the sea resorts close by including Lac St Cassien in the mountains of the Tanneron. There are several popular Ski resorts within 2-4 hours drive away. Art can be found everywhere in the hills, villages and towns and it is a sightseer's photographic paradise.

Other hobbies:

There are a number of painting and drawing schools close by and plenty of dance schools for ballroom dancing and salsa classes. For those on a healing retreat I have many contacts for health food shops, bio dance and meditation classes, massage and other healing practitioners and seminar possibilities. There is even an excellent French college in Cannes that has very good rates and runs courses all year round.
