It has 2 swimming pools, a poolside bar/restaurant with a supermarket nearby. The apartment has a fitted American kitchen with fridge, oven and microwave leading to the lounge area with TV/DVD and a double sofa bed leading to a shaded private terrace with seating. The bedroom has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes with a safety deposit box (free of charge). There are a vast amount of shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and it is only a short stroll to Fañabe Beach and the main promenade where you can walk to Puerto Colon Marina or the exclusive resort of Bahia del Duque. Just come back from Tenerife, really enjoyed Yucca Park especailly the location, in the middle of everything and only 2 mins walk to the beachfront. Really good value for money. Definitely recommended.

Myself and two children had a really good time in the Yucca complex. The supermarket next door had everything we needed and the apartment had a good kitchen so we were able to cook and watch the TV in the evenings. The weather was a bit of a let down but we still had a great time. I would definitely recommend this apartment to couple or families with small children.

We had a great time in Tenerife and was very happy with the apartment especially as it was such a good price.Yucca is in an ideal spot right in the middle of everything but quiet enough of a night time. Recommended

appartment requires re furbishment, had not been cleaned upon our arrival,no clean towels or sheets,Yucca Park was ok but hotel next door under going major works so expect some noise all day 7 days per week.Photo of appartment on web site showing external view of property is misleading as it is nothing at all to do with the appartment which we were renting. Good location for all ages , short walk to beach, bars ,restuarants etc, lack of Umbrellars at pool area even at off peak time , pool nicely kept as was poolside cafe .poor customer service from owner but good service from Yucca Park manager & cleaning staff.Overall had good holiday @ Yucca Park, would return but not to the same appartment.
Owner's Response: The apartment was completely refurbished in October 2008 and a new management company contracted. All clients are now met upon arrival and shown the apartment to make sure they are completely satisfied and we are now having very good feedback. We have also dropped the price to reflect the difficult economic times. If you are not completely happy then we will refund your money – that’s a promise!
