The villa is spacious with a veranda on two sides allowing shade when necessary and an outside eating area that seat 8+. The villa is situated off a good tarmac road 2km away from Riogordo typical sleepy Spanish white washed village which will cater for all your needs. If your seeking a more lively holiday, the coast 30km away, where there are beaches galore, water parks, shops, theme bars and restaurants. The whole villa is for let during the months of May, June, July, August and September while the rest of the year the three downstairs bedrooms en-suite and lounge/kitchen are available for B & B or self catering.

Newly built secluded villa with rustic charm is set in olive groves below the mountains with stunning views and glimpses of the Mediterranean. The house is just 2km from the white washed village of Riogordo in the Axarquia region. Our area between the mountains and the sea is of great natural beautiful and is surrounded by National Parks. Only 30 mins to Malaga airport and the coast with excellent connections to Granada (1hr 15min) Antequera(40mins) Cordoba and Seville (2hrs). The beautiful Lake Vineula is only 15 mins away with all its bars and restaurants and 15 mins past the lake is the costal town of Torre del Mar with its huge beach, shopping centres and Water Park. The village of Riogordo is five minutes by car, it has all necessary shops, banks and post office and good selection bar/cafes and restaurants. There is a weekly market on a Wednesday.

The villa has a very large sitting room with vaulted beamed ceiling ample space for extra seating (5m x 9m) There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and both sitting rooms The garden is in the process of being landscaped with Mediterranean type gardens and fruit trees. The pool is 8m x 4m kidney shaped is set in the main terrace. Please bare in mind that the house is built on two levels and there is a post and rail type fence around the upper terrace if you are considering toddlers( see photographs) More photos are available on request.
