The lounge has a large feature window to maximise the views and a wood burning stove (logs provided) for cosy nights. There are leather sofas providing ample seating, a 32' flat screen TV with Free view, DVD player, and CD player for entertainment. Upstairs there is a gallery landing with seating area. The Lookout is accessible by a ramp and the ground floor is fitted with 33' (838mm) wide doors to enable wheelchair access. The main bathroom is also located on the ground floor. The house is oil fired central heated. The property is fenced and gated with a large flat garden area, children's play area with trampoline, patio furniture and BBQ. There is access to an attached garage for storage use.
