This beautiful 4 Bedroom Detached Villa has sea views and is situated in a quiet development 200 metres from the Mediterranean. Incorporated within the spacious landscaped garden is a 10m x 5m kidney shaped mosaic tiled leisure pool. The lounge and dinning room contain luxurious furnishings to ensure a peaceful, relaxing holiday what ever the time of year. The fully fitted kitchen is lavished with up to date equipment, granite worktop and stylish accessories. The villa is fully air-conditioned and floors throughout are tiled to ensure the villa stays cool in the hotter months. The Garden has a verity of shrubs and trees. Instead of a lawn the garden is kept maintenance free utilising artificial grass. The main pool area is tiled and are softly lit at night to preserve the luxurious atmosphere. The villa comes with private parking spaces should guests hire vehicles, which is recommended due to the location of the site. As well as this villa we have more to choose from on our website.

The villa is far enough away from the seasonal tourist crowds, yet close enough to offer easy access to an abundance of bars, shops and restaurants. Also available are private parking facilities should you wish to hire a car. Located near by is Waterworld water park which is a must see for kids and adults alike. The local white sandy beach is within walking distance and has a sheltered cove with shallow waters. Available from the beach side restaurant are sun beds, snacks etc for hours of relaxation and fun in the sun. The villa is 200meters from the sea, 10 minutes walk to the local beach, 1 mile from Waterworld water park, 4 miles from Ayia Napa centre, 300mtrs from access to motorway, 20 mt rs from major road, which is on the main bus route, 30 mins from Larnaca or Protaras, 1hour from Limassol and 2 and a half hours from Paphos.

Assistance: WELCOME PACK. Included in the price is a welcome pack of Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk, Fresh Water, Bread and Butter. Only available Sunday - Sunday in high season (1 Jul - 15 Sep 10).

Damage Deposit: A re-fundable damage deposit is required (£500) paid with the final balance. This will be returned within 10 days of completion of your holiday, as long as there are no damages to the property or its contents.

No Single Sex Groups: Please be aware the villa is situated in a quiet location with permanent residence on site. The villa is therefore not suitable for single sex groups/nightclub holiday makers. Please do not try to book the villa under false pretences as these groups will be turned away on arrival and no refund given what so ever. Please note that no discrimination is meant and this clause is for the protection of all parties.
