Spacious beach side end-bungalow with private south facing terrace, sea views & only 50 paces to the sandy beach. Very sought-after and restful location with pools, supermarkets & restaurants 3 mins walk. Comfortably sleeps 2 in twin bedroom. Very popular with couples who enjoy the peace and tranquility of this most favoured location in Lanzarote. All amenities are within walking distance. Playa Blanca village is a delightful stroll along the coastal promenade, about 1/2 mile away. Hire car not essential as plentiful taxes nearby and airport only 30 minutes away.. This is a 'No Smoking' villa. A high lockable entrance gate opens to the private south-facing and partly covered sun terrace. It enjoys all-day sunshine and there are excellent sea views across to the island of Fuertaventura. There are two adjustable sun loungers, dining table & chairs and barbeque. Wide tinted glass double doors can be opened into the lounge to create a larger inside/outside area if required.

Playa Blanca village is about 1/2 mile away and you can walk along the coastal promenade into the village that has a variety of restaurants on the water's edge.. A little further is the stunning Puerto Rubicon Marina that has excellent restaurants, shops and bars. Elsewhere in Playa Blanca you will find a modern pedestrianised shopping area, banks, bars and restaurants, a taxi rank, doctors, pharmacists, etc. However, it does not cater for wild night life! From the port a fast ferry goes across to Fuertaventura in less than 30 minutes. The island has fabulous sightseeing opportunities where man & nature have combined to create some stunning and breathtaking locations to visit, either by organised tour or car. The remote beaches of Papagayo are only a 15 minutes drive & wild Famara beach is about 30. The island is quite small and you can drive to the north in an hour but you must take time to stop off along the way to enjoy Lanzarote's varied natural volcanic and other attractions.

Booking notes Firstly, click on the 'availability' section of this site to see whether we have your preferred dates. If we do, either follow the on-line booking booking procedure or contact us on one of the phone numbers listed below. If we can accommodate you we will send you a booking form and when returning it to us we require a deposit of £50 per person per week booked. The balance is due at least 8 weeks before your holiday starts. We do not supply beach towels. A safe is available for client's use. Car parking is about 100 yards away and whilst it is a fairly level pathway there are four steps, with handrail, up to our front gate.

| Notes: | Cleaning/towels/linen: Our property has English managers who clean and fully prepare for your arrival. We provide bath & hand towels that are changed mid-week and bed linen is changed weekly. Beach towels are not provided. Thursday is the preferred changeover day but other days will be considered subject to the season and booking availability. Minimum booking period is period is 7 days but split weeks are possible on a pro-rata rental basis subject to booking schedule.
