Right outside your front door is a charming crafted wooden bench that is excellent during the late summer afternoons offering the cool shade while still allowing you to continue to top up your tan. The lounge and dinning room contain luxurious furnishings to ensure a peaceful, relaxing holiday what ever the time of year. The fully fitted kitchen is lavished with up to date equipment and stylish accessories. Your bedrooms all have air-conditioned rooms and floors throughout are tiled to ensure your villa stays cool in the hotter months. The landscaped garden is spacious, well kept and has sun loungers and parasols.

The local white sandy beach is within walking distance and has a sheltered cove with shallow waters. Available from the beach side restaurant are sun beds, snacks etc for hours of relaxation and fun in the sun. The villa is 200mtrs from the sea, 10 minutes walk to the local beach, 1 mile from Water world water park, 4 miles from Ayia Napa centre, 300mtrs from access to motorway, 20 meters from major road, which is on the main bus route, 30 mins from Larnaca or Protaras, 1hr from Limassol and 2 and a half hrs from Paphos.

Damage Deposit

Please be aware the villa is situated in a quiet location with permanent residence on site. The villa is therefore not suitable for single sex groups/nightclub holiday makers. Please do not try to book the villa under false pretences as these groups will be turned away on arrival and no refund given what so ever.
