Self catering fully equipped luxury apartment in Art Deco building on Promenade des Anglais. Located on third-floor with beautiful sea view from balcony of main bedroom and from sitting/dining room. Newly renovated. Spacious (125 sq meters) and very light. Includes spacious sitting room and dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and one guest toilet. Air conditioning. Lift available. Concierge, Very good security. Excellent location with the beach across the street, close to shopping district and restaurants, including beach restaurants and a supermarket 100 meters away around the corner. The famous hotel Negresco is one block away and Gallerie Lafayette, the big department store, is at 15 minutes walking distance from the flat. The bus (number 98) from the airport stops practically in front of the building and if you arrive by car there are several car parks close by.

Promenade des Anglais. Close to Hotel Negresco, 10-15 minutes walk to Gallerie Lafayette and major shopping districts. Beach across the street with numerous beach restaurants and facilities to rent sunbeds, beach umbrellas etc.. and often with play grounds and swimming pools for the small children. Plenty of small shops, restaurants and coffee shops close by and in the same building, where the apartment is located, there is a restaurant, a hairdresser, a small bar and a discotheque (weekends). The main bus station (Gare routière) from where buses go to places such as Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Menton, Grasse, Ventimiglia (Italy), etc...is only about 15 minutes walk away. Bus no 98 from the airport, which goes to the centre of Nice along the Promenade des Anglais, stops practically in front of the building where the apartment is located.

Additional information about rental rates

  • One-off cleaning charge of Euro 100. to be paid in advance.
    Full rental fee for flat to be paid in advance, 30% at booking and the remaining amount, at the latest two months before arrival. Deposit of Euro 500 (guarantee for possible damage to the flat) to be paid at arrival which will be returned on departure.

    For rental periods of two full weeks or more, the rental weekly rate will be reduced by 100 euros , and depending of the length of stay beyond two weeks the total cost for the stay can be negotiated.

Very pleasant stay in Nice

The apartment is very nice and clean, and nicely located. The owner was very helpful concerning all details of our stay in Nice. We are family of 4 persons and our stay in Nice was very fine; one of the best holidays we have ever had. The apartment has lots of space and very attractive decoration which makes your stay very pleasant. It was very enjoyable to do running exercises near the sea level! In deed there is a night club in the building, we stayed during the weekend and it did not disturb us at all, we slept very well all nights at Nice. What more can you say---apartment fullfilled our expectations and far beyond! Thank you!

The view from the balcony is beautiful, and the location of the flat is also quite good.There is, however, a 15 minutes walk to the place massena, so it's not situated in the most sentral part of the city. A potential problem is the neigbour night club, but is wasn't any noise at our stay. We didn't stay there in the weekend though. Inside, it's a nice apartement, with a big living room and several bath rooms. The balcony is small, but it's not difficult for three persons to stay there at the same time. The beach is situated just across the road, no more than 30 metres to go from the apartment. We are very happy with our stay, all in the family ranking it as one of the finest apartment we've visited.
