Excellent location with the beach across the street, close to shopping district and restaurants, including beach restaurants and a supermarket 100 meters away around the corner. The famous hotel Negresco is one block away and Gallerie Lafayette, the big department store, is at 15 minutes walking distance from the flat. The bus (number 98) from the airport stops practically in front of the building and if you arrive by car there are several car parks close by.

Promenade des Anglais. Close to Hotel Negresco, 10-15 minutes walk to Gallerie Lafayette and major shopping districts. Beach across the street with numerous beach restaurants and facilities to rent sunbeds, beach umbrellas etc.. and often with play grounds and swimming pools for the small children. Plenty of small shops, restaurants and coffee shops close by and in the same building, where the apartment is located, there is a restaurant, a hairdresser, a small bar and a discotheque (weekends). The main bus station (Gare routière) from where buses go to places such as Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Menton, Grasse, Ventimiglia (Italy), etc...is only about 15 minutes walk away. Bus no 98 from the airport, which goes to the centre of Nice along the Promenade des Anglais, stops practically in front of the building where the apartment is located.
