Its bright lounge directly overlooks the Water of Leith so it is perfect for those relaxing nights in, but is also just a stone's throw away from Edinburgh's busy nightlife, with pubs and restaurants literally on your doorstep (although you won't hear them from the flat) and tourist attractions just minutes away. The Water of Leith itself is great for daytime walks, and bike rides along the long cycle path from it's source, down to the Port of Leith. The lounge has a large sofa, and ample space to relax, with it's own TV, DVD player and sound system. The kitchen is fully equipped with washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, and the double bedroom has ample storage. All linen and bedding is provided.
