Luxury two bedroom villa with air conditioning and central heating throughout. The villa has two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room has two large comfortable sofas, dining table and six chairs, LCD television and DVD/CD player. Patio doors lead onto a terrace with dining furniture for six. The kitchen is fully equipped with, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine and all the utensils required for your self-catering stay. The utility room has a washing machine/dryer, iron and ironing board. Upstairs is the solarium with a table and four chairs, parasol and four sun loungers, the best place for sunbathing as the sun shines here all day. The villa is situated in a quiet area within easy walking distance of the town centre facilities, supermarket, bars, restaurants and the golf club house with its driving range and putting green. There are many communal pools to choose from. The villa is on a safe and secure gated site.

La Torre Golf resort is in a beautiful location in the region of Murcia. The blue flag beaches of the Mar Menor are just a short drive away. The famous Mar Menor salt water lagoon is safe for swimming and various watersports. Cartegena and the city of Murcia are about 25 mins drive from La Torre and both have museums and many other historical places of interest. There are many other golf courses in the area including La Manga, Villamartin and Las Ramblas. Polaris operates a shuttle service between La Torre, Mar Menor and El Valle.There are many small towns within easy reach of La Torre they all have shops, bars, restaurants and a weekly market.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A non -refundable deposit of £100 per week to secure your booking is required. Full payment is required six weeks before your arrival date. If your booking is less than six weeks before your arrival date then full payment will be required at the time of booking. A £150 refundable deposit is required against damages this will be returned to you providing there is no damage or breakages during your stay.
    A €50 Euro final clean charge is payable to the key holder on arrival. Additional cleaning, linen and towels change can be arranged. Linen, towels and beach towels are all provided.

Just returned from a great week at the villa, most of which was spent basking in the Spanish sun on the great sun terrace. As mentioned in a seperate comment, it was extremely well equipped and perfect for a relaxing break. The accomodation was extremely clean and easy to maintain. The resort was very quiet which suited our needs and there were a range of restaurants a short drive away. Recommended for couples as well as families.

Just returned from a week in this villa. It has the Wow factor. Beautifully furnished and so well kitted out with everything you could need to make a perfect holiday. The pictures and description do not do it justice. Lovely area for exploring and the resort itself is beautiful. We would highly recommend this villa and the surrounding area.
