Villa 219 is a luxurious 270 sqm villa, located in a quiet, secured domain on the Moyenne Corniche, enjoying an amazing view over the bay of Villefranche sur Mer and St Jean Cap Ferrat.

This villa was built in 2000 and is decorated with elegance and taste to the very highest standard, with features such as a vertical sliding window in the dining room, giving the feeling that you are eating outside! It has all the latest technology including an under floor heating system, air conditioning in bedrooms and on the first floor, WiFi, satellite TV etc.. All bedrooms have a sea view. The interior has a mixture of modern and Provençal furnishings mixing cream, wood and warm colors in bedrooms. The kitchen is facing the sea view and the pool, as do all rooms in the house.

Due to the villa being more of a family home rather than a simple holiday house, it is suitable for both summer and winter holidays.

This villa sleeps 6 people.

In July and August, for bookings of 14 days or more, all villas are provided with 2 sets of linen and towels per person, free of charge. During the other months of the year and for bookings of less than 14 days, there may be a charge for linen and for laundry.

The security deposit is 25% of the rental.

There is a 10% surcharge on all stays less than 14 nights.
